Your (booking.com) ads are very deceiving. I thought I had booked a hotel, instead it was a air B&B, too bad. Ad said there was a TV that did not work. I am telling them (by email of course) from the 1st day that it did not work. They took some time but replied repeating the same things such as try it, like a robot. I'm telling them it did not work for days & there was no action, just words. Apart from the uncomfortable bed, it was well equipped.

Apparently the premises looked clean because it is new. However, the entrance & stairs were very dirty, like nobody cleaned it for ages. The 2 cushion covers were disgustingly dirty probably from previous guests and that they did not bother to wash, so I washed them. There were stains here & there that were not cleaned. They charge JPY 8,000 for cleaning!!! But it was like cleaning was superficial, and they even did not draw properly the curtains as half was stuck at the glass door. The guest has to dispose garbage herself/himself. The improvised bed, good for one, was very uncomfortable. The bldg. is right besides Seibu line train tracks, train noisy starts at 4:45 and goes well after midnight. Trains are very noisy. Instead of caring for guest's comfort, they kept sending me msgs saying how much they would fine if this or that!!!

Next to rail line. Trains all the time., noisy neighbours upstairs. Quite a distance from central city_ especially walking in the hoten fir shirt duslance at. When I booked Card details was given. So owner could just deduct the amount own when we let her know we are standing in front of building . We had to let a neighbour called. Our ohone batteries flat and phonef not charged. Communicate only in Japanese.

This hotel was a borderline scam. Rather than list substantial cleaning fees up front, they made their room appear cheap by hiding the fees and then would not allow me to cancel when I misunderstood the cost. The best part about it, the room was dirty when I arrived. Meaning that their 8,000 yen cleaning fee ($55) was clearly just going into their pockets and not into cleaning the room. I'll add that if you stay here, don't expect to get any sleep. The hotel is only a few feet from an active railroad track, so trains will rumble by shaking the entire place. at night and in the morning.

Quite a big space for such 1 bedroom apartment with appropriate kitchen utensils.

Very close to the railway (hope to sleep well) and quite a distant from subway station too. Problematic payment method which declined both my brother and my foreign credit card. Would be good to be able to pay directly at booking.com rather than directed to another link for payment. Some of the links shared for checked in process and payment cannot be accessed though a mobile phone and has to use laptop. I cannot imagine if you are not an IT literate or you are an elderly. What will happen - can say lost more money and find another accomodation. Communication with the owner was also not straightforward because only via booking message box - after a long and long process finally able to pay via another link sent by owner i.e. paypal (got extra charges though!). Actually, there was contact number noted in booking.com but as you guys know as a tourist we just bought simcard for data usage only i.e. whatsapp call which is much cheaper alternative. Guys, I also felt like being cheated that I have to pay extra for cleaning service which was 10,000 yen (S$100 ) - madness...I did not even noticed this information stated in Booking.com. I leave it to individual to judge my stay experience. Cheers.
