Morning breakfast ... Value for money

No Intercom, So difference between smoking and non smoking room, During the absence my luggage was opened. Though i had not kept anything valuable in the luggage but i could make out my suitcase was opened.

Very well maintained property. With all the facilities you need. Proper parking is available for car and bike and you get a good breakfast complementary.

I just felt there was a lack of staff members. Things I ordered took time to come and needed to be reminded.

The price was great for a private room and the location was where we needed to be. Room service was fast, cheap, and ok ( there is a sign at check-in prohibiting outside food). The hot water for the shower was hot enough although the tank is very, very small so shower quick.

There is no heat in the hotel. 9 months out of the year this is fine but we stayed in winter. Staff were in puffy coats, blankets and winter hats for good reason. The cleanliness of the linens was questionable. The pillows smelled like sweaty men and the sheets were not great. Also, all linens including towels were a little damp. I’d like to think it is a disinfectant spray? There is no noise control in the hotel at all so bring a white noise ap or machine.

bathroom so dirty , poor cleaning, no hot water et all smelly room and bed linens not clean properly! so poor service, front staff only dealing everything’s no staff no service ! we booked breakfast but no food , front staff waiting for 10 am and saying breakfast timing is about to over so we can’t get breakfast , even all hotel guest waiting for food .. there was one staff he was trying supplying food from kitchen or ? .. he was coming after every 15-20 minutes with some pieces of food for 15-20 guest , even food also not good et all !

Rooms neat and clean.food was the amazing. Garden view room are beautiful.
