Very nice clean and quiet. Very easy access to property and was able to park on the street right in front of the door. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying here if your in the are and need a place to stay!!

My Sister and I had a great time at this property. We grew up in SF and visit regularly. As our parents age, we notice they don't use the AC as much as we would like. Deciding to stay away from our childhood home was a new but best decision. The property was perfect since we only needed a place to relax at the end of the day and sleep. Both rooms were comfortable and the entire place was updated and calm. We didn't need a kitchen but loved the coffee bar and mini fridge for quick snacks. Kayla was a wonderful host, checking in on us as the weather was wild that week and ensuring we had everything we needed. We will be booking again.

We needed just a simple place to stay for a family event while we were in town. This was the perfect place. The stay was as advertised. Very clean and everything we needed. Great communication. Definitely would consider reserving again when we are in town!

My wife and I brought are son to Sioux Falls for his orientation at USF. It was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk to the campus. Thank you

Everything was perfect! Only suggestion would be bigger TV and since owners live on site, might refrain from cooking fish as gets pretty smelly on visitor side. Might also say that they live on site on the initial listing unless I missed it.

In Sioux Falls for a graduation from Augustana, which was just down the street. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I wasn’t familiar with was a Roku tv so struggled a little with that. Network/local channels weren’t available, or at least I couldn’t find them. More family at Augustana so this is a great option for future stays in Sioux Falls.

The house was nice and had plenty of space for two of us. Could fit 3-4 people very comfortably. It was clean when we arrived. Furniture was comfortable and the house was quiet. The location was great as it was only a couple blocks from Augustana University. Would definitely stay again.

We generally have high expectations and this property definitely met everyone of them! Great location, close to the colleges and restaurants etc. Great communication with us. Clean and had a very homelike feel to it! We will absolutely stay again when coming to visit my nephew at college! Thank you for being wonderful!

This was exactly what we needed for a one night stay in Sioux Falls. It was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. If you don’t plan on cooking or need a kitchen, I highly recommend this home. Great location and great stay!

This place was amazing! Beautifully decorated and so cozy. Better than any hotel bedding and all necessities are provided. It is literally a minute walk to Augustana and a few minutes from anything else you'd like. We had no issues with check in or check out because the host has it down to an art. We will be staying again. Thank you for providing a lovely place to stay in Sioux Falls.

This place is absolutely adorable and in a nice quiet neighborhood. I absolutely loved the cozy feel as soon as we walked through the door. This is the kind of place you see in a magazine!
The little kitchen area has a Keurig along with several coffee & tea options. There were several bottles of water. Even a couple bottles of water in the fridge. There were oatmeal and trail mix packages for breakfast.
The manager was very informative and helpful every step of the way. It was after 9pm when we arrived. She was so kind to have the lights on for us! I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area.

Perfect accommodations for a weekend stay. Have already booked for the next month and also passed the information on to others to book as well. Clean, comfortable, and the perfect location to walk to the college campus to watch some football.
