I really liked the facilities provided as well as how comfortable the room was.

I didn't like how the lobby and hallways were hot (there weren't any air-conditioning). And the location of the place was quite inconvenient as booking a grab gets quite challenging at times as well as pricey.

Spędziliśmy w hotelu dwie noce. Pierwszej nocy, nasz sąsiad z pokoju obok, bardzo głośno słuchał muzyki w środku nocy. Zapukałem do jego drzwi - nawet nie otworzył, ale wyłączył muzykę. Następnej nocy znów się to powtórzyło, ale tym razem nie zareagował. Poprosiłem o pomoc ochronę. Ochroniarz poszedł do niego, dobijał się do drzwi - zero reakcji, muzyka dalej grała. Dostałem wtedy informację, że mam próbować dodzwonić się na numer telefonu podany na recepcji (żadnego recepcjonisty nie było w budynku). Telefonu nikt nie odbierał. Hotel nie ma żadnego planu co robić w tego typu sytuacji, bo ochroniarze nie mają kluczy do pokojów, a recepcja funkcjonuje tylko w ciągu dnia. Masakra, NIE POLECAM.

I love the city view and swimming pool. But don't have jacuzzi. The checkin checkout is easy. The staff are friendly. We communicate via ws and fast response from staff. We extended 1 more night bcs it’s so comfy! Room facilities got washer,kettle,hair dryer,tv,Netflix, wifi, microwave and plate all complete. It’s safe place.Car park charges also affordable rm10 per day, rm20 per night.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and location.

Water pressure was strong

Very loud explosions all day and sometimes all night for 4 days. Could not sleep at all. Wifi did not work. Looked like there was a place for a router on the ceiling but it was missing. Not clean, red stains on walls, shower had broken shelf and was dirty. Saw roaches in room.
