Quiet plentiful breakfast and good value for money Indian meal good too at night

Once we walked in we were greeted by a lovely lady and surroundings were very welcoming with a small bar area
All staff couldn't do enough for us and were very chatty .
We booked a table for our dinner due to the fabulous reviews and honesty can say that it's the best Indian food we've ever tasted .!
We traveled from Devon 2 half hr journey to break our journey up North and stayed over we will be returning for a date night stay over
This is just a side comment and it's not a dislike at all
While a breakfast the lovey waiter chatted with us about the take over of the premises 8 months ago and want the best for their customers.
So on this side comment the room we stayed in No 5 looked over the farm land at the back and was comfy ,clean and tidy but needs some TLC and updating

This hotel isnt the ritz and the rooms are dated ,but it is clean comfortable and the breakfast is good ... Perfect for an overnight stay .

We had a lovely stay at The Leaking Well. The staff were excellent and very helpful and pleasant. Excellent value as a full English breakfast was included in the price. A pleasant stay.

The location was perfect for my meeting the following day. Staff were super attentive and very helpful. Thank you. It was a nice that breakfast was included in the price. The venue was easy to find and had plenty of parking. The venue is also an Indian restaurant and the food is excellent.
It would have been nice to have some more choice at breakfast (like cereals) but lovely to have it included. The stairs were a little steep for some but fine for me. As I am used to no noise, with the road close by, I could hear traffic but it was quieter between 11pm and 6am.

Attention to detail and immaculate service at a very reasonable price. Phenomenal poached egg and lovely cooked breakfast.
I look forward to seeing the upgrades as they occur.

It was very quiet as I think I was the only guest on the Sunday night. The room was a single but roomy enough for me, a decent ensuite and plenty of parking. Had a great nights sleep then went down for brekkie at 9am, I had a full English included which was included in my booking price! It was really great value for money! I would definitely return.

We loved our stay here. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food was amazing and the whole stay was excellent value for money. Will definitely stay here again.
