The rooms were clean the beddings were clean, the staff are trying their best to keep customers comfortable.

They couldn't check me in on time as they couldn't see my room due to internet service loss. They claimed the room I booked is not available. Instead of getting a free upgrade, I was charged more money to get a room. The balcony door for my room is bad. I got locked outside the room as the door wouldn't open ,I could have slept on the balcony. Thankfully, somebody was close by when i called for help. The phone network is practically not available in my room. I understand the hotel just opened, but things should be better.

I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay in the royal suite for over 7 nights at the Remi Fani Kayode location, and I'm inclined to return.

However, I have some concerns: 1) There were instances at the front desk and restaurant employees seemed disinterested, giving the impression of being forced to work. It's crucial for the hotel to hire enthusiastic staff to positively impact guest experiences. Surprisingly, the security personnel were friendlier than some reception employees. I observed a particular receptionist randomly changing TV channels, raising questions about whether he was focused on his work or entertaining himself instead of guests. 2) Housekeeping was generally good, but there is room for improvement, particularly in paying attention to small details. 3) The internet service needs enhancement, as it was consistently poor. I had to resort to using my phone for a reliable connection. Despite these concerns, I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning, with the hope that these issues will be addressed.
