The apartment is decorated nicely, furniture look good. The things provided are enough for a short stay, although some rather basic tools for cooking are missing (eg. cutting boards). Located close to Salford Centre, nice pub (Old Pint Pot) in walking distance, super market just downstairs.

The apartment itself was mostly clean, apart from some pots and kitchen tools. But the entire building is dirty, huge stains on the carpets in the corridors, trash close to the lifts, not mentioning the outside area surrounding the buildings, which is basically a trash disposal area. I wouldn’t want to spend another holiday (not even a short one) in such an environment.

Everything!! Wow what an amazing place to stay while in Manchester. All the staff brilliant and friendly especially Raf on reception. Raf was so helpful and amazing , absolutely top guy! Thankyou Raf!! Already booked to stay again here 😊😊

Das Appartement war sehr groß und hatte eine Waschmaschine. Gute Verkehrsanbindung und schöne Aussicht auf den Peel-Park.

Das Appartement-Haus samt Außenanlage ist recht ungepflegt. Die Fenster waren innen und außen sehr verdreckt. Geschirr und Besteck waren knapp. Im Bett hat man die Sprungfedern gespürt. Das Sofa war durchgesessen. Der (helle) Teppichboden hatte einige Flecken. Das TV war nur teilweise nutzbar. Keine Steckdose am Bett und im Bad. Stuhl im Essbereich war defekt. Eine Extra-Gebühr für die kurze Aufbewahrung des Gepäcks vor dem Check-In ist wenig serviceorientiert.

The apartment we stayed in was not up to renting standards. First the carpet looked dirty, the small sofa in the lounge is very uncomfortable and dirty. The dining chairs felt like they would break when we sat on them. Worst the mattress had springs pocking out.. we had a horrible experience sleeping.

En el departamento había una mesa con solo dos sillas cuando era para tres personas, fuimos a reclamar y nos dijeron que no había más. Además la calefacción se apagaba a cada rato, le dijimos al.personal, nos dijeron que iban a ir a ver que pasaba y nunca fueron. El toallero del baño no calentaba.

The view from the balcony was good. The kitchen and living room attached was also good/ideal. We liked that we were able to access YouTube on the TV. Fridge was clean, the tea mugs/cutlery came in handy. Good heating also.

I didn’t like the location of the property in terms of finding the actual apartment. The reception to check in was in a different building and our apartment was in another. It was our first time here and we didn’t know where to go. We ended up in the wrong building on the 6th floor and had to walk all the back out to the receptionist who was in a different building to tell him to escort us. It was really hard and frustrating doing this with our baby crying who ended up falling out of her pushchair and hurting herself. The receptionist then escorted us to our apartment. I found that he wasn’t 100% clear with his instructions on where our apartment is initially when we first checked in. Hence why we went back to him.

Fantastic room at a great price. Complimentary tea and coffee was also greatly appreciated.

If I'm being picky, the mattress was very soft so I could feel the bed frame on my back when lying down. Also, I was told my security deposit would take up to 15 working days to go back into my account which I thought was a little too long.

The property was lovely, really spacious and the pictures were exactly how it was! We had one issue with an error about our apartment having a balcony however they amended this and upgraded our apartment with no issues!

I didn’t like the fact we didn’t get to stay for longer as we only booked one night!

Ended up not staying here as did not feel safe. Arrived at reception and slowly started the check in process. This was slowed down by someone returning to the desk saying they'd been directed to a flat that was already occupied. I'd spoken about parking but no one seemed sure. I was told my booking had been moved multiple times to accommodate various hen parties so I was not in the advertised block. I was told to go to block C but the only building that said block C was not owned by Beehosting. I returned to reception to ask where I should go. I was walked into another building where the fob opened the main doors but when I went to the 5th floor I was met with what was clearly an occupied flat. On my way out of the building I bumped into a resident of the building (which, by the way, is not in good condition at all, with ceiling tiles down and stains everywhere) who said there were constantly people in and out of the building trying doors. I no longer felt safe to stay at the property or leave any belongings there so said I wouldn't be staying and wanted my security deposit returned. I was left waiting for this as was told a code was needed to process it. After some time I had to leave as I had an event to attend and had booked a different hotel at this point. As I was going to my car I was stopped by 2 members of staff and one of them showed me the video of the flat I was meant to be in. I was pretty appalled that rather than processing my security deposit as requested that they'd gone out of their way to 'prove me wrong'. I seriously think booking.com should look into suspending bookings on this property until significant improvements are made. The whole thing feels very dangerous for guests and residents.

The apartment was brilliant! My partner and I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The radiators heated the entire apartment which was just lovely! The washing machine/ dryer was a great addition as we were staying a while and workout so it came in very handy.

The only issues we had was the carpet did have a good few stains on it. Our TV didn’t work when we arrived **however** they were super super quick to sort this which was amazing service!

Where do i start? Stunk of weed, no hot water, no sockets were working, lift wasn’t working, bell didn’t work to get into the building its self to check in. Takes ages to get the deposit back or to get a reply from someone regarding a complaint. Thought i had booked a room that overlooked the river, they put me over looking a busy road, constant banging from other apartments near by

We didn’t have heating or hot water in the apartment, we called the reception on 2 occasions who said they would come and see to the issue, on both times they did not. Upon checkout we queried why nobody came to see and the apparent owner of the business “ Tom “ said he had just forgot. We mentioned our problems and requested some sort of compensation, which he stated were untrue and that we were lying so he went to check the property and came down and said we were in fact right still with no apology or any offer of compensation. His attitude was diabolical, he was rude and has no customer service manners at all. We appreciate these things happen, but he didn’t offer so much as an apology, we have stayed at Adelphi Wharf a number of times but since it has been took over by “ Tom “ this is our first visit and has been the worst visit so far. He was not helpful, he was just rude and just out to make money where he can even if his customers are disappointed. We will not be returning to Adelphi Wharf again and certainly not recommend it to anyone.
