The house was fantastic overall, and we loved the pool. The bedrooms and the kitchen had plenty of space. However, with our large group, we wished for more seating in the living room. Additionally, the kitchen could use more basic utensils, such as sharp knives and grill accessories, for the outdoor gas grill. We also would have preferred the backyard to be less overgrown. Furthermore, the wrap-around deck and outside stairs could use some maintenance. Overall, we enjoyed the property and our stay.

The house and grounds are outstanding...an oasis in Redding! The kitchen, bedrooms and outdoor living spaces are top notch! The swimming pool and hot tub are clean and chemically well-balanced (I am a stickler on pools and spas' water being balanced to be safe!). Ms. Gail, as a host, is generous and responsive. So thankful we stayed in this VRBO in Redding!

The home is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The rooms was welcoming and the beds where very soft. My family and I had a great experience. And talking to the property manager was good. Communication was there. I want to say Thank You again!!!! 😊

The house was great!! We loved hanging out in the pool. It is a beautiful property!

This was our second time staying at the yellow house and it was delightful. We spent most of our time poolside. My children ages 8-14 had a blast swimming the days away!

This home was the perfect home for our vacation. It had everything we were looking for - room for everyone, privacy, and most importantly, a pool. Pictures on website are outdated but the place is still beautiful. Really the only issue we had was with the heat of the pool. There were no instructions on how to adjust the heat and it was really cold. it was cold for all of us but our 3 year-old grandson could only be in it for short lengths of time because he would start shivering and his lips would turn blue. On day four my husband finally looked at the controls and saw it was set to 80 degrees but noticed it would turn off in the late afternoon. We did end up raising it to 85 and that helped a lot and we really enjoyed the pool after that. We turned it back down to what it was when we left so as not to waste energy.

Great location for a family vacation. House has a great pool, hot tub and back yard. Kitchen could use a few extra utensils for those who want to cook / eat in after a day's play on Shasta Lake.

The house was great everyone enjoyed it specially the pool even though there was leaves falling all the time but there’s no problem about swimming would recommend it again great place to stay.
