Not a bad location but floor needs cleaning and worst mattress I've had in a long while could feel every coil .

I know that this was a "value" property but besides being that the major complaint's are (1) that the window AC was vented into the hallway. So if you turned the noisy AC off you roasted. The hallway was extremely hot. (2) The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms from conversations to "everything" else. We will sleep in our car before we stay at this property ever again.

I’m not sure I would stay here again. The bed and pillows left a lot to be desired.

Room was clean, small, has been updated ,only 2 floors but no elevator Walk to Tim’s, Subway and family friendly waterfront beach with splash pad/park.

Got there, there was no one working there, tried to knock of office door no answer, got into out rooms felt like the floor hasn’t been swept in a while, there was blood on the vanity in bathroom, curtains were not big enough to cover the window had to go get some clips to clip it shut enough that no one would see in, ac was really loud aswell. Area was nice though

We stayed in room 9 and it was what we needed. It was clean, odour free, the bed was comfortable but softer than to my liking. The fridge was nice and cold. The microwave worked well. The water pressure was good and the hot water was hot. It was a little disappointing to discover that all exits/entrances didn't have code access necessitating walks from the far end of the parking lot/back end of the building. Emergency exits were alarmed with signage preventing near-access to the parking lot. Management, who we accidently met a couple of times were friendly and helpful. I'd suggest tea and de-caf coffee at the easy to use Keurig coffee maker, and also some signage on the drawer "hiding" the coffee. I was slightly annoyed that our room door did not latch easily - it needed a hard push to latch, putting our belongings at risk. The room-door code entry device is poorly lit, and the unlit numbers are difficult to see, until the first number is hit. The window curtains flapped because of the air conditioner fan and it would be nice to see some weights to place on it to prevent flapping. The air conditioner controls seemed to be unresponsive until I discovered a remote control for it. The walls were well constructed for sound and we never heard our neighbours or even if we had neighbours. A good stay inspite of these annoyances.

The location was excellent! The staff was wonderful! the bed needs major upgrading. The sheets and comforter felt amazing, but you could feel the springs of the mattress! Overall very happy with the stay and would stay again if I knew the beds were new.

Near the park and quiet

The room was clean. That was the saving grace otherwise I would have left. At 2:30 am the cops were banging on the door looking for a 12 year old girl.

Room was clean and comfortable, but upper floor room-windows into the hallways are awkward and flashing light on wifi was annoying.

The room looked clean and recently renovated. However, the covered hallway to get to the room had cobwebs and didn’t look so clean. The front door didn’t close properly (big gap). The shower door didn’t close completely. We were not provided with hand soap for the sink. There doesn’t seem to be staff on site. Having said that, we contacted the property manager after our stay and we’re told that all the issues mentioned above will be corrected. We walked in the neighbourhood and felt very safe.

Quiet, good coffee, using door code is cool than card and good price.

We called the city to report this property. We’re a mature family with a child and have done a lot of travelling and know what taking a “chance” can reveal on a property. The city official with health and safety reported this property used to be a halfway house. The floors and walls are dilapidated, Black Mould seeping through paint. Mattress old with springs visible; painful to sleep on. Dirty linens. Towels so thin you can see through them. Rats rats rats all over the parking lot and outside front door! Spiders and bedbugs. Some sort of flying moth infestation?! Loud and smelled terrible. The pictures are NOT accurate. This place needs to be condemned AGAIN!

Clean.

No human contact. We were given a code for the doors and we checked our by e-mailing the front desk when we left. Room was clean. Checked for bedbugs ...no evidence of any parasites. The hotel altogether is putcm together very cheaply. The air conditioner worked great but was very loud. The bed was a double, not a queen as advertised. Soft and cheap. Pressboard and ikea style build. One light fixture, one lamp, two waters from superstore. Everything about this place screams cheap. But it was clean. Perfect for a place to sleep, abd nothing else.

The room is okay. Everything was clean. The access is awkward to bring your luggage to the rear rooms second level.

Room is worst. Mattress are horrible. Manager is very helpful and high efficiency. Thank you for his concern !

Completely misrepresented.

Place was clean but so not accommodating to where you enter to your room! Very small room and although clean just no space to even get ready!

The floor in the room was sticky as if they had wash it with a old dirty mop. The table was also dirty. But the rest was ok. The beds are comfy and the suite has everything we need.

The beds 100 percent need to be replaced. The pattern of springs can be seen looking at the mattress, other than that the facility is in line with the cost.

The room was small but clean. Reasonable price but air conditioner wad loud and it was difficult to get a confortable temperature

Great hotel, perfect location. Close to all beaches and amenities. Highly recommend.

Self check-in is fast and easy using secret access code on entrance and room. Clean but some space is under renovation.

Nice comfy place to stay

This property was a good pit stop for passing thru to carry on to our next destination. Unfortunately, the unit we were given was so dirty. It would appear that the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks and definitely not cleaned after the last guests stayed. There was hair all over the floor, shower drain, sink and bath towels. Lots of bugs nested in corners of the floor and on the ceiling. The floor throughout the room was filthy with sand and little gravel and the bedding looked unwashed after its last use.

Hard to get into, building is hot and musty, hard to breathe, ac is loud, bed is uncomfortable. Would not recommend
