Located right on the hwy beside McDonalds. No sidewalk, so had to battle traffic to cross, Nothing weliked

Toilet not working properly. Front desk brought us a plunger, which did no good. Front desk had no interest in my report when we checked out. Neighbours above us and beside us were noisy.

Room was not clean at all. The next morning we were all congested from dust in the room. Bathroom was not well lit, not clean. The pool and gym were closed as well.

The only thing wrong was the price. With taxes, over $200.00

The place was discussing. The whole place smelled and the carpets were dirty. We had to walk through a dirty stinky pool area to get to our room.

We will not go back on our return trip even though we paid for it. We will book somewhere else in Kenora.

I booked two rooms one for my family and the other for my brother and sister. The room my siblings were in had a queen bed and sofa bed. However the sofa bed was extremely hairy like a dog had slept on it and there were yellow stains that looked like pee on the bed as well. We talked to the front desk and they offered as new sheets to change and clean it ourselves but my sister refused to touch the sofa bed because it was disgusting and becuae they should have cleaned it. I will attach a picture of how I found the sofa bed.

My family and I are travelling cross country from Alberta to Toronto and I booked this place in advance so I wouldn’t have to to worry about finding a place after 9hrs of driving. We didn’t even get out of the vehicle. We went to park, and the building looked like a run down pool of disease. I was not aware that it was located in the bad area of town. Kenora is beautiful, just not this area.There were questionable people doing questionable things in the parking lot. We left and booked a room at the super 8. I find that the listing for this “hotel” is misleading. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews on Google.

The bathroom was under renovations, it wasn't finished, the pool is also under renovations.
