The room was not cleaned, water in the tub cheezies in the air conditioner on and off area. Went and told them they did ,not clean it or send staff to clean it. I cleaned the two areas. I was not happy or impressed, will not stay there again.

Very limited parking. Had to leave vehicle in shopping mall across the street. Vehicle was vandalized in the night and we were robbed. Only allowed two room keys even though we were 4 people.

The bathroom was still dirty, and it smelt like they covered the room in strong cleaner. The smell was so strong I got a headache. Also, there were no eggs in the morning for the breakfast. They said more were coming, but we got sick of waiting and left without.

Breakfast was good. The location was very good. The staff were quite friendly, especially a guy at the front desk - tall wears glasses with a lot of hair. He was supper welcoming and friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was way way too noisy.

Room had broken toilet holder. No cups for coffee. No ice in hotel . Sticky floor in entrance. Garbage bin overflowing in breakfast room. However the fellow at the front desk was very kind and helpful.

Super clean room and very polite, helpful staff. It was a good location for me as it's a few minutes from gas, food, and a quick exit from town. The towels and bed linens were all very soft and clean. It was also very quiet at night and I did have a good sleep. Overall, the hotel will be very nice when finished.

Over-priced for what is offered. They are under construction so not a great place for an extended stay. No hairdryer or makeup remover towlettes which I learned on checking out was over-looked when setting up the room. My toe caught the sharp end of a carpet tack sticking out of the carpet by the bathroom. Staff came and took a picture for a report but was not able to do anything about the tack so I made sure to be careful stepping over that area. Parking on the property may also be problematic as they have a lot of construction equipment taking up space at the moment. I was fortunate to get one of the last spaces.

Hotel was a construction site under renovation, halls and stairwells dirty, very limited parking with construction materials and containers surrounding exterior of hotel, no access to hotel lobby or breakfast area inside hotel so had to go outside to get to lobby and breakfast area, no toilet paper holder in bathroom, price was very high for poor quality accommodation

Considering the state of the hotel and all of its ongoing renovations (April 2023) this place was pretty outstanding. I like the choices they made with the renovated rooms. Everything seemed tidy and clean.

Leaving out the stuff that will be non-issue once the renovations are done, I’d like to see the front desk staff think on their feet a bit better. When a person books two rooms, priority should be to give them adjoining room. It made no sense for me to have my rooms split up randomly when the guys next door hadn’t even arrived yet.
