We had a great time. 10 of us age 5 mo- 65, with plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and the full size washer/dryer was clutch for being able to pack light. Had an excellent view of the boats coming jn and out which the boys loved. We will definitely save this property and hope to be able to book it again!

Everything was perfect. We were a gathering of three families and a total of 8 people. There was enough of everything. The kitchen was nicely stocked with plates, cups and glasses that you didn't have to be constantly washing dishes, so you have something to use. The beds were comfortable with very nice linens. Lots of towels for the number of people staying there. The balcony was in the shade all day which was nice. The living room had plenty of seating so that we could all sit together in the evenings. We will stay her again.

The only thing that caught me off gauard was the parking fees were $55 dollars per car. There should be 2 furnished with the condo. I was in shock by this up charge!!!

Met our family for Memorial Day and couldn’t ask for a better experience. We look forward to our next stay.

Went for the weekend with my sister and daughters to relax after finals week for the girls. Area was really quiet and relaxing. Condo was exactly as described and owner was easy to get a hold of. Booked based on good reviews and it did not disappoint. Definitely will book again when we are back in the area.

Perfect condo for our family traveling with 5 adults and 3 children. The condo was stocked with all of the basic utensils that we could have possibly needed. The amenities were great, we used the indoor pool and exercise room daily! Beautiful views, watched dolphins from the patio and steps away from the beach. We really couldn't ask for anything more!

Condo was as described. It was perfect for our family of 8. The beach has beautiful white sand. Easy access to indoor & outdoor pool and beach. Kitchen was fully stocked for meal preparations. Incredible view from the balcony.

My family and I loved staying here. Everything we needed was in the condo including extra cozy blankets, dishes and even a crock pot. The view was beautiful and the resort was perfect. Communication with the owner was quick and always helpful. We would definitely go back. Thank you!

Was really impressed by cleanliness of the place and was nicely decorated. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Had ample cookware and dishes.

We had 3 units on 7th floor and 2 others thru the building. Absolutely the best way for celebrating Thanksgiving for a week together!!!!

The condo is as advertised. Everything was clean and well furnished. Enough dishes to go around. Short walk to the beach, great view. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I would definitely recommend this host.

The condo was just as shown in the pictures. Everything we needed was there and the check-in / check-out process was seamless. The property and the view were perfect! Access to the beach was easy and we had an absolute blast staying there.

Property was very nice. Did not come with a parking pass which was a bit unusual but this is not fault of the unit.

As long as we have been taking vacations to the coast we have stayed at numerous condos. Only staying at 1 condo more than once. We were delighted to find this condo to have enough room for us, the convenience of things to do, places to eat, and at a reasonable price. This is a place that we would highly consider coming back to year after year. The host's communication was amazing. It was the first place we stayed at that was actually nicely redone AND clean. You expected a clean place when you are paying so much for the service and it met expectations. I cannot thank the host enough for the "starter" pack of amenities. I was thrilled to see that there was coffee filters, non-stick spray, honey and salt and pepper. Maybe these were left by others or by the host, either way, knowing that they were there and we didn't have to use ours made our stay that much more enjoyable. I would recommend this place just for the non-stick spray and salt and pepper! It was nice to not have a huge list of check-out procedures, either. Finally, this is NOT on the host, but the condo establishment gave us a violation on our last day because our chairs and umbrellas were outside the condo as the hose requested, up against the wall. They were not posing any fire hazard, but I communicated that to the host and he said he would talk to someone. I would say I am not thrilled with how strict the Pheonix East is and paying for parking when there are plenty of spaces. Thanks Dominique.

I booked this condo for a vollleyball tournament. The bunk room was what sold me on it. However, there are so many positives—two king bedrooms, gigantic sectional in the den, stocked kitchen, view of the gulf and the pool. The complex was clean and quiet as we stayed the weekend after Labor Day. This was our most relaxing beach vacation. I usually want to be on the beach but I was totally fine staying in or enjoying the view from the balcony.

One of the best condos I have stayed in. Good quality linens as well. Beach was not crowded and you get to watch all the boats go in and out.

Loved the condo! Super clean, very well stocked, and the master bed was really comfortable! Also, Dominique put a few personal touches and we appreciated! A handwritten card, and some cookies!

This unit was awesome. Great view of the Gulf. Was nice to have all the amenities on site. Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Easy boardwalk out to beach. Room was clean and set up nice for multiple guests. Was nice to have a full kitchen for our picky eater. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Instructions were very easy to follow and communication with owner was pleasant and questions answered quickly. Front desk staff were also very nice and super helpful. We will definitely be coming back. ⛱️☀️😁
