Newly built hotel with fresh and modern decor. Very central location. We arrived early but the helpful lady in the reception helped us with the room already at 1 pm. The room was spacious and well-kept. The roof terrace is a big plus.Would most certainly stay there again.

Gorgeous new hotel in a perfect location for accessing both the city and old town areas of Valencia. Walking distance to the park and oceanographic is a huge plus too. The rooftop bar was lovely, the staff were so efficient and welcoming - we didn’t catch his name but the gentleman who was running the bar on Tuesday and Wednesday last week, and he was also there yesterday too was one of the most tentative and friendly service people we have ever known on our travels. He stayed open until 1am despite the hours stating midnight on those days which we really appreciated. It would have been nicer to have a complete bathroom rather than sink in the bedroom and small shower/toilet room but that is personal preference. We were offered 30 minutes in the spa as we were staying 7 nights which we were too busy to take up but we did have a peek at the facilities and they were beautifully kept. We were staying for our wedding anniversary and were brought some cakes to celebrate which was a kind gesture. We visit Valencia many times a year as it’s our favourite city so we will definitely consider staying again in the near future.

Very modern hotel with spacious room with high ceiling, (junior suite), large comfortable bed, all toiletries provided, coffee machine, free speedy WiFi… convenient location, excellent food and services in the restaurant (breakfast and afternoon tea breaks), courteous, prompt and attentive services from the reception and every single staff.

the staff was amazing ! they are all super kind, sweet and attentive. made us feel at home during the stay. definitely would recommend, 100/10 on everything! can’t wait to stay here again

Only booked the Hotel because it had car parking. I couldn’t find the car park at all and ended up being overcharged at a public car park. The hotel also had a very strong smell of a drainage problem in the main lobby and also the room. Not a pleasant experience at all .

At check-in we were greeted with the friendliest staff (Ashley) who offered us Cava and water. They gave us dining recommendations and a helpful map of all the historical must-see locations. The room was perfect for our stay and we were in walking distance to everything. Great location and very comfortable room.

Great hotel, great rooms and products, very clean and great service. The roof bar in the evening was awesome.

Fabulous in every way Staff are beyond helpful Food was fantastic Little touches like Clarins shower products. And a turn down service where there was a gift left on your pillow each evening

They really treat you well. You get all the amenities you expect from a hotel. You get a chocolate on your pillow and so much more. We loved our stay. The staff was amazing and even got complimentary massages from the spa in the hotel. Excellent stay

Excellent new hotel with a tasteful design and well thought facilities. The service exceeded my expectations. Rooms are on the more compact side.
