It was fine. my only challenge was that it was noisy. When I wasn't listening to the noise created by other guests, I was listening to the constant hum of machinery outside and inside my room number 707.

Check-in went very well & the Representative was helpful and greeted us nicely.
The room was an awkward shape which made it awkward to get around to the far side of the bed. This setup also prevented visibility to the TV because it was on the opposite side of the room. Also, the shower curtain was not adequate to prevent water from escaping the shower-bathtub combo. There should’ve been two layers (one inside the tub and one external). The worst part about the room was although when checking in I was assured that checkout was at 12 noon with a do not disturb on my outside doorhandle and an interior lock applied I still had housekeeping attempt to enter the room prior to 10am. This was quite disturbing. Breakfast was great because it was included with the reservation and it also included some made to order items.

Embassy Suites was as expected. The rooms were clean, staff were friendly and the environment was very comfortable. Although they offered complementary drinks every evening, I was unable to partake in it. The breakfast was great. I would recommend this location. And the price was very reasonable. Conveniently located to shops/restaurants if you're driving. I had no complaints.

Our 2 queen room was not available so they gave us 2 rooms each with a king. It wasn’t ideal but worked out. The sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but I think that’s normal. They did give us free parking for the inconveniences. The breakfast was amazing.

The room was nicely laid out and clean. Disappointing was the fact that we asked for daily housekeeping to refresh towels and beverage supplies. This did not happen. We were there for 3 nights. Day 2 housekeeping was a no show. I called front desk. They were responsive and sent the necessary clean towels and beverage supplies. Day 3 housekeeping did show up but did not replenish the beverage supplies. Had to call front desk again. Buffet breakfast was good.The hotel has an attractive layout. We would stay there again.

Loved the omelettes at breakfast but the coffee isn’t good.

We always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites hotels because they are consistent. We definitely enjoy the breakfasts in the morning and the happy hour in the evenings (when our plans had us back in time). This one is a little smaller than most, and it didn't have a hot tub. Room service dishes were often left in hallways for hours on end, and I wasn't sure why no one on staff was picking those up. Parking was a little inconvenient. Definitely unload your luggage up front before going to park.

My room was clean, but the Air Conditioning did not work in my room and the best the hotel could do was provide a fan. It's also expensive to park on the property in the parking garage.

We were given an accessible room with air conditioner down. When asked if we can get a different room they stated no. That we had to stay in that room and could request new room following day. Did not sleep due to how hot the room was. The room had a broken room fan that did not turn on.

There were lipstick marks and hair on the bed sheets. I communicated with the front desk but they didn't deal with it.
