We had a great stay! Everyone we interacted with and talked to was super friendly! Breakfast was always hot and well stocked! Pool was open and clean, and parking was easy

When unlocking our room door I immediately realized this was not the room I reserved from Hotels.com. I went straight back to front desk and they explained the pictures on Hotels.com of rooms hadn’t been updated since their remodel. I then explained well it still isn’t the bigger room with bigger beds. They said well that’s all they had because all other rooms were full. So basically paid for premium room and got put in standard room. So immediately after carrying luggage in started to notice the dirt in room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Back to front desk they apologized but it was too late and housekeeping was gone. So we cleaned bathroom with Clorox wipes. The door was very hard to open and close and apparently so were all the others because we heard every other room slamming their doors throughout night and day. We are in Gatlinburg 2 times a month to visit family. This is not our normal place to stay but thought we would give it a shot because of location to event we were there for, also thought with the Hampton name it would be ok. Lesson learned 👎

Great location if you’re looking to walk around Gatlinburg. It’s over on the quieter side of all the strip but we visited during some hot rod week so it was noisy 24/7. The bed was really comfy and clean! Creek view wasn’t much as it hasn’t been raining in Tennessee much this year, but I bet if it has been it would be a great place to drink coffee in the morning!

This hotel is conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg shops and restaurants. It is clean and has all the amenities you would want in a hotel.

/The bathroom was a little too small. Needs more disabled parking spots. It was fairly clean and the front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was nice with a good amount of food for all. The breakfast space is a little tough to walk around when there are a few people at the same time.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Gatlinburg was top notch due to the amazing hospitality of the staff. Anita met us in the parking lot as we pulled in to ensure we were properly directed to the parking garage to keep our bike out of the rain. We received text messages checking into see how our stay was going and if we were in need of anything. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very good location.

Somewhat dated; however, very clean and daily room service. Friendly desk staff and convenient to the convention center.

Excellent location, bed was comfortable, room and bathroom were clean, my wife’s only complaint was a small bathroom vanity. We will definitely book this hotel for next year
