Enjoyed my stay there

It was clean and bed comfy. Only cups jug and tea/coffee, no plates or cutlery to eat a takeaway meal. No folder about services available. Had trouble unlocking gate, male receptionist mumbled, hard to understand. Room we had definitely in need of a serious upgrade. Laundry had two washing machines, one dryer - only one washing machine working dryer out of order!!!!!!! Would we return??? PROBABLY NOT.

The bed was ok, the two dining chairs were wobbly and ripped, the waste bins in toilet and kitchen needed a scrub inside and out. Out the front of hotel there were bottles and cans and rubbish and leaf litter everywhere you walked. Best location for restaurants and shopping though. The spa was pretty good but I cleaned it before using it.

I paid for a deluxe twin bedroom, the pictures on the website was totally different to the room I got. When I checked in my room, I noticed that the curtains are old and mouldy, the carpets are not vacuumed, the shower heads are full of grime and the room was full of dust. There is absolutely no ventilation. I tried opening the sliding door so that fresh air can come in but then I noticed that the sliding door did not lock because it was broken (the manager just said it’s because it’s old). Upon my request, the manager gave me another room but also in that room I was coughing the whole two nights I stayed there because it’s roughly the same condition as my previous room.

Basic accommodation in very noisy area. Staff were non existent and reception wasn’t open when advertised. Security gates were a joke with people wandering through the facilities at 3am yelling and shouting at each other. Stay elsewhere if you want a peaceful sleep. As a single female traveler I didn’t feel safe.

very mixed stay. we spent 10 nights in this hotel. the hotel washing machine soiled our clothes, after which we asked for a second machine for free. the lady at reception put me in touch with the "manager", a manager who looked down on us, laughed at me on the phone, don't count on him, he thinks he's the king of the world, absolutely not pleasant.

I didnt stay as the room was damaged, vanity with bits missing, shower continuously running. No blankets on the bed, an old blanket in a cupboard. Requested a refund, told to contact Expedia / Wotif. Unable to get through to anyone to discuss. VERY poor!

I booked 2 nights stayed for one and when I complained and wanted to leave, it was, oh, sorry. No refund offered, nothing…. Not good enough!!!

It was pretty bad. First, upon my arrival when entering the room and for my surprise, it was not clean. The used bed sheets and used towels of the previous guest were ther and on the floor. The room was all dirty and nasty. Because it was a late arrival, management was closed. I called them and after 20 min they came and cagnge my room for another one. Second of all, I had to kill several roaches every night suring my 3 nights there. Not funny at all. Lastly, When checking out the last day, management was closed at 8am even when they were supposed to be open. Of course they were late. Do not stay in this place. There are more and better options in Alice Springs.

Was a convening and comfortable stop over for the night with everything needed and an easy walk into town for food.

It was traffic noise whole night. I requested the guy on phone to give me a quiet room. Upon checking in I came to know our room is next to main road. It was noisy for the whole night. One of my worst experiences of staying in such a terrible place.
