I was supposed to have two rooms, but upon arrival, only one room was available, which necessitated finding a room at another motel.

They're giving the place a facelift and there's slight construction visible. Looking very good so far. Only thing not quite up to par for this visit was missing handle on shower knob that had a new and extremely stiff/hard to turn valve to operate the shower but was still usable. Parking here is excellent for my truck with trailer and always a good quiet stay.

Many things broken, ice machine, shower faucet. No water in pool. Room was dirty.

The room was clean, but it had a strange smell to it. The handle on my shower came off and I had to use a pair of channel locks to turn the shower on. I talked to two other people and they had problems with their shower as well. There was construction going on so there was no breakfast bar. I have stayed at some of their other properties that were top notch, this one needs a little TLC. I will say that the staff and the customer service reps were very nice.

Toilet was broken, it was suggested I fix it myself, ac was mild at best, no breakfast as advertised, laundry facilities was a single washer and dryer in the hallway, you can tell they horde all the oil money they make, stay away

The room has trash on the floor. The curtains would not close all the way. The paint on the bathtub was chipping off. A security dor was broken and would not lock

Old outdated beat up furnishings, musty smell, dirty carpet, chipped up tub, pinholes in curtain which wouldn’t close all the way, and a 3/4” open gap between the door and the frame…that’s right…you could actually see the hallway from the room and the room from the hallway. I stuffed a bath towel in the open space and closed the door on it to get some privacy.
Completely sick of paying a hundred bucks for one night this sort of shabby accommodations.

The beds where very hard the staff at check out was nonexistent I had to wait 20-30 minutes to checkout and I was in a late to my sons board patrol graduation due to the lady at check out was very slow at getting out of the restroom there was several people waiting to checkout and she was just not very nice or in a hurry
