Had too many non resident on property fishing and eating breakfast.

The first room I recivied was dirty, smell of smoke (had non - smoking rm; the shower was dirty and the shower water would not turn off. I spoke with person upfront she made it right with a clean rm and clean bathroom and it was what I expect from This hotel.

The room and beds were decent. We rented 2 rooms for 2 days. However, we called on August 17th at 9 pm and requested a modification of our room. We realized a family member would need a walk in shower - at the time we were told one room would be an accessible room and one regular room. Upon arriving we were told there were no accessible room available and the front desk person actually asked what limitation we had and actually seemed irritated. And said there were no notes in the file. So basically we were penalized because someone didnt make notes in the file. It was explained on the call that the person would not be able to step into the tub as she is handicapped. Plus breakfast was included. However it appeared that they only had one employee working the breakfast area on both days and on both days they were extremely slow keeping up with the people there for the holiday weekend. They actually had nothing out the second day at 9:15 Even though the breakfast time showed 10 o'clock and I realize that they don't want to restock it at 945, but even the the cold stuff could have been taken back at 10 o'clock was already put up. The coffee was already put up at 915 to 930. I did take pictures to prove it so you would have the time and the day if you would like to see how much there was left out

Beautiful spot on the River… The area is a little sketchy, but overall it’s quite quaint!

I found a bug in my bed. I can't say for sure if it was a bed bug, but I wasn't going to take any chances. I packed up and checked out as soon as I noticed it. Additionally, the toilet was running all night and the room smelled like it had been recently smoked in. Also, there was cigarette smoke drifting in from an adjacent room, even though the property is non-smoking. I saw toenails on the floor by the nightstand. I don't usually stay in budget properties because of these types of things. I will gladly pay more from here on out to stay in a Marriott or Hilton property. This is the last time I will probably ever stay in a Quality Inn. There was nothing "quality" about this one.

This is a very conveniently located motel with a gorgeous view of the St Johns. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was disappointed, however, in the cleanliness of the room. Yes, the sheets were clean and the garbage cans were empty. There were fresh towels in the bathroom. But there was moldy food in the refrigerator, the microwave was dirty, the coffee maker had dog hair inside the machine, there was literal dirt in the sink and toothpaste spit on the faucet. So housekeeping DID pop in for a few moments but they were obviously in a hurry and did a mediocre job. I assume this is not because the housekeeper is lazy but that, like so many hotels lately, they are understaffed and over-worked. This isn't fair to the customer OR the housekeeping staff. Quality Inn needs to do better for both the employees AND the customers.

I will admit, my bar for expectations on this trip was low...I mean, it's quality inn. But, I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was not fancy at all, but it was clean, and the whole property had a good feel. Breakfast was serviceable. And, not for nothing, the view! Staff was also incredibly nice and helpful.

Location was nice and the screened walkways helped with the midgens ( small harmless bugs) . Awesome view on the St John’s River. Cleanlieness so-so, older building. Nice to have a restaurant on property .

Urine smell through the hallway, control substance smell I will not recommend any one to go to the hotel it looks like homeless, drug addict lives in the hotel and bugs everywhere.
