The breakfast was fantastic, lot of variety every day. The view from the room was nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful.
I don't really have any complaints to be honest. The room was clean and comfortable. At most maybe add a microwave in the room or extrat toilet paper.

I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room, the proximity to the river, and the friendly staff. As soon as my husband and I walked in, the staff greeted us with smiles and checked us in immediately. Not only was the room (307) extremely clean, but it was extremely comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying again!
The only negative thing that I could say about this location that there is no pool.

Bathrooms and hallways needed repair. Checking in through booking.com was very difficult and frustrating at the hotel. Management blames booking.com yet it was thier fault for delay. Room received was not what was paid for. Paid for exectutive and got standard with ajoining door.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Great location! Easy access to reservation with app. Great to be able to go straight to your assigned room!
The facility itself is very well kept! All common areas are clean and in good repair. However, We stayed in room 210! The room is very musty smelling and the carpeting feels as if it needs a good cleaning; more than the everyday cleaning! Thanks

Receptionist were VERY nice and helpful ! Close to the event we were going to.
Breakfast was NASTY !! Bathroom had something Brown on the floor around the commode.

Very noisy, every night a different problem fro
m barking dogs to loud music to shouting. We complained to night staff every day but apparently they are running with no management so could not do anything at the time. If you need to sleep don't stay here

Had the pleasure of staying one night at a beautiful hotel in this beautiful town. The staff of the hotel are super friendly, especially Linda and Beverly, who are professional, helpful, and patient. Hope to have a chance to revisit!
