Bathroom was filthy. Trash and dirt over the floor. Shower head has green residue on it. The water fixture for the shower was extremely loose with a screw, sticking out. Dust all over the counter top, back of the toilet and shelf. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Furniture missing out of the room we moved to. Thursday morning maintenance delivered the chair that was missing out of the room. The chair is filthy with what appears to be blood stains. Our health and safety was compromised. Abruptly awaken early Saturday morning by someone fiddling with the door. Looking out of the peep hole to see no one but the person continued to shake the door handle. Called front desk and was told oh that's just someone fixing the door reader so you can use your room card. There was no communication to inform that this was going to happen. Extremely disappointed in this situation and someone decision to scare everyone in the room. lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable

It is very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. If I need to stay in the area I will only stay there.

Our AC unit leaked all over the carpet so floor was soaked, our AC wouldn’t get colder so couldn’t sleep well, our tub wouldn’t drain, and we could hear our neighbors everything they said. $300 for one night rip off.

the black out blinds in the room were great allowing us to sleep in the free breakfast was great beds were comfortable

we reserved a suite which was essentially a basic room with a pullout couch. no extra tv or anything for the “suite” extra area and fee. theres was an unpleasant “smell” upon entering the room that did not go away. the front desk night staff lady was unfriendly
