Very welcoming and clean. Comfortable beds, great shower pressure. They cleaned our room each day with fresh towels. That was very much appreciated! Close to restaurants, shopping and freeway. A great stay for a great price!!

My only complaint would be that the AC is old and very noisy. Bed was comfortable. Basic hotel, but ok for a night or two. If you can't do stairs, ask for main floor. Elevator not working. No breakfast here and Applebys next door does not open til 11

Best Motel 6 I know of! Indoor pool and hot tub, great layout and right next to everything (restaurants, mall, shops, etc). We parked at check in and walked to everything we needed until departure the next day. Great staff!

Motel 6 was clean, convenient, and modestly priced. Applebees is next door so dining was easy to access. There was lots of parking and it was well lit. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and it was quiet. They do not serve breakfast. The refrigerator in our room was very noisy. We liked the layout of the room. It was easy to organize for our needs.

I get it, I booked a Motel 6 and not the Ritz Carlton.
The elevator was not working. We could not get our desired room as it was on the third floor and we had too much to carry. We asked for a room but was told that those were “Studio 6” rooms, not “Motel 6” rooms. The pics in the Hotel.com ad show Studio 6. Just be aware.
For a Motel 6 property, it was acceptable. I would have no issues staying again.

They had to put us in a different room after checking in because the first room was disgustingly dirty. Next room was better but hotel is dated. Hotel was quiet and good location for the shopping we wanted to do.

Broken elevator, stained sheets & pillowcases, filthy lampshade, urine smell in room, beetle on bathroom floor coming under the carpet, flickering lights, filthy chair, stained carpet, dirty windows and more. The bathroom was clean, however, we do NOT recommend staying here!

Broken elevator, stained sheets & pillowcases, filthy lampshade, urine smell in room, beetle on bathroom floor coming under the carpet, flickering lights, filthy chair, stained carpet, dirty windows and more. The bathroom was clean, however, we do NOT recommend staying here!

Over all our stay was ok. A few things need some attention. Our room was clean but the bathroom door didn’t latch, our main door was missing the latch which isn’t a huge deal but it’s a safety thing for me and my husband went to make coffee in the morning and their was no filter holder for the machine.

We booked this hotel as place to sleep in Minot on the last leg of a long holiday. Read the reviews which seemed promising - let’s just say it wasn’t the worse, but it wasn't great either.
The elevator was broken so we had to lug our suitcase up and down stairs, the room was very dated, in poor repair, and was very dank.
The bed was comfy enough and water pressure was good.
There is also no cable and the ice machine was broken. We likely won’t choose to stay here again.
