I don't often leave reviews for anything, but when I do, they certainly matter! I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, especially for the value it was way nicer than I imagined. The room was clean, the staff at front desk was nice, and I had no issues with parking. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to get a good night's rest both nights I was there. The block out curtains helped keep the lights out. Then a welcoming awesome hot breakfast in the morning with excellent coffee to start off my busy day. I was there on a contract job for the weekend so was working 12 hours+ a day but this hotel gave me something to look forward to at the end of and beginning of my work days. Would stay here again for sure!

I just needed a place to be home base while I was in town to see family and friends. It was convenient, clean, and quiet - all I needed.

The wing we were in was warm in the elevator and hallway. The toilet is the low water kind so I thought it was clogged. The desk agent as assured me it was ok and he was right. The property needs sprucing and the elevator was dirty and rattled. I told the front desk and he was going to get maintenance on it. The room was clean, cool and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to place us in a accessible room. Thanks

The outlet on rooom desk doesn’t not work. The bathroom is very tiny and no hook to hang clothes.

It was clean. The guy at the frint desk was informative & kind. The breakfast was good with various options.

Lovely stay

Great place, if not dated, it just needs some updates here and there, as for cleanliness I want to preface that I’m a neat freak after so many horrible hotel experiences, so what I noticed likely 90% of other people wouldn’t, as I do a deep inspection of any room I stay in before I start unpacking. There was a very, non noticeable stain on the top comforter at the foot of the bed, and towel I had there was a stain at the rim of it, but clearly these just didn’t come out of the wash, probably another run thru and it would have been fine, and it didn’t feel like I was using something dirty, had I cared enough I felt they would have easily and quickly replaced it. In short can I give it five stars? No, but I would have no problem staying there again, or recommending it. Big suggestion for those using it to go to the Now Arena, as after your event is over you’ll likely have zero traffic, I had a two night event and we got out of there fast while the other lane was barely moving.

Disappointed in Country Inn and Suites for this being a property of theirs. The rooms were not clean as we had to move rooms. Multiple issues with cleanliness. Will not return to this hotel.

They were very friendly. Nice place to stay. My door however wasnt working properly. You really had to push on it for it to close. Other than that it was really nice. Their breakfast was good too.

Very nice, clean room and hotel in general. Perfect for a 3 day, 2 night stay on the area. Breakfast options were very good.

They did not have air conditioning, nor did the toilets flush within the rooms. The hotel gave a creepy vibe and the ceiling tiles were missing the other halls. This was the worst hotel I ever went to.

Need to keep up with the maintenance.
