It was a lovely hotel with an excellent breakfast. The floors were quite creaky so we were kept awake by the occupants in the room above walking around.

This is the second time we've stayed here and can't fault it. Staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The spa area is lovely, sauna is hot and we really appreciate the child-free periods in the pool for some peace and quiet. Well definitely be back.

I enjoyed my stay, but felt the room required an upgrade, particularly the bathroom, which had black mould on the seal of the bath. I would still return as it was a good base for Cheshire oaks.

Really pleasantly surprised - lovely building which looks the part! ALL the staff I spoke to and had dealings with were professional & friendly. Gym was very well equipped and clean. Pool was lovely and had great facilities. Our room was huge and felt very plush. We will be staying again.

Very decent hotel with great amenities. Gym and pool are very good. Room was big and well laid out. Food is main restaurant was decent. Ideal location near motorway and surrounding areas. Hotel in a nice setting, quiet area.

Free parking friendly staff nice clean spacious room nice dinner breakfast was ok few issues the two toasters were one light toast not right setting checked by staff and second one was just roasting one side only and white other side setting issue or faulty plus no Scrabble eggs were not in breakfast area.

Sadly there was a muddle with check-in and which facilities we could and couldn't use. Children are not allowed in the pool until after 3 pm. Also, we were served some chicken wings with coleslaw, but the slaw had gone off which was upsetting. Otherwise, the family room was a good size and the facilities when we could use them were good.

Lovely hotel with a great pool and spa facilities to use. We were very happy with our stay, a lovely break from a long drive from Windsor. Room was very hot even with air conditioning but apart from that, can’t fault it. Food was lovely and plenty of choice and the staff were very friendly and attentive. My kids loved it here especially the pool and the pool table in the bar. Room was spotless and lovely toiletries.

Following a recent bad experience I gave Park Royal another another go due to the lack of options in the Warrington area.
Unfortunately it was a good experience, I had what looked like a nice room but the bed was actually 2 single mattresses with very hard edges that made it very uncomfortable to lie on, I ordered room service and again the food was really poor.
I don’t think I’ll be back.

Perfect stay, rooms were clean and comfortable and very spacious including the bathroom. The spa is incredible, cardio gym, separate weights gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna steam room all amazing. My favourite though, there’s a Tesla charger on site and it’s veryyyy cheap to charge your car
