Room was damaged witth holes in wall, Shelf holding tv up was coming off the wall, lights above bed were coming off the wall. Shower facuet was very lose and not caulked. large gaps in Front door framing. Fire and smoke detector not working and coming off the wall. Mold in window sill, and you had to sit sideways on the toilet to go.

Basic motel that is close to train station and the tour boats. Could use an update, towel rack and other fixtures were broken. Bathroom is super small. Overall the motel served its purpose for the night. Conviennent to the upper part of Seward and easy walk to downtown

My husband and a friend stayed there for a fishing trip and they thought it was wonderful. Drove by at several times, but never stayed there. Will put that in our list of places to stay for the next time.

Basically, this is a place to sleep. The room photos on the website are very deceptive. We were put up in a room around the back of the motel which was very inconvenient and dirty. You couldn't walk on the floor barefoot without felling the grit, the microwave was covered in dust and past occupants' fingerprints, one of the bed covers had cigarette burns in it. It just felt like it got cleaned whenever someone got around to it. The bathroom was OK, and there was hot water. We have stayed in some rather sketchy places in our travels around the world but this one takes the cake! Fortunately, we spent most of our two days in Seward away from the motel. For the owners: If you are going to put your customers in the back of the motel at least make the place presentable and secure. Everything in the room looks like it came from a yard sale.

Front counter was not open 24 hours which was fine because we didn’t need anything. The condition of the building was pretty good. There were some ceiling tiles missing, floor was uneven, And the carpet looked a little worse for wear (Both in the hallway). I love that the room came with a mini fridge and a microwave!!! Ten stars. It’s right near the port and on the highway so there was some noise if you left the window open, which we did, but I’m used to that kind of noise so it didn’t bother me at all. Plenty of parking, Smoking area, And right next to the parking lot where Kenai fjords tours picks you up. Ice machine, coffee maker with creamer pods, Tea, And hot chocolate, were free in the lobby.

What a dump! Booked through hotels.com for 2 rooms and the rooms were in separate buildings. Place was very old and dirty. 1 room you had to walk past the dumpster to get to and not safe at all.

This is an older budget hotel. There were limited options available in town when I booked. My friend was put in a room that appeared to be for staff on the back of the building. It was a lower quality than my room and one of the beds was on blocks. It. That room was not very clean.

$250 a room for 2 rooms , so $500 spent to just sleep and have coffee 24 hours a day and NO breakfast was outrageously expensive. The hotel is old, toilet seat was scuffed, no clock, no charging stations around the lamps, check in clerk was not friendly or inviting.

Air conditioning was a major issue. Room was hot where as we wanted it to cooler. Cooling was not possible because every room in this motel was centrally managed. Hence additional table fan was provided for cooling. But it was not good enough.
