The room was run down. Bathroom countertop was cracked. We had to rewash the bathtub, no conditioner and fan did not function.

A few things in the room didn’t work: the phone and lamps. There was no refrigerator until requested so make sure to request that if you want it.

Other than the tiny uncomfortable beds, the breakfast was nothing but some bagels and cereal. The hot brown water they called coffee was ok with sugar and cream. Not going to stay here again.

I had the worst experience when I was here I had an accident with the staff and someone that was living there an they accused me of taking a microwave an even called the police on me sorry ass hotel never again will I stay at this hotel. The front desk people are rude and most are Africans it’s the worst experience in Williamsburg other then the other hotel I stayed at

We’ve stayed here a few times and have had no complaints. This time, we were given a smoking room (if I accidentally selected that, it’s on me.) The condition of the room was really poor - stains on the carpet, a hole drilled into the bathroom door.

Our non smoking room smelled completely of cigarettes and our room was dirty. The staff were nice.

Was very decent for the price surprised

1 light bulbs out in room and inoperative light fixtures 2 Jacuzzi tube did not work, looked like it hadn't worked in a long time. I have a bad knee and hip and purposely picked a room with this tub to no avail. 3 No refrigerator or microwave as stated in listing. Staff stated none available. 4 Heat lamp in bathroom inoperative. 5 TV remote inoperative had to be exchanged and the exchange had dead batteries 6 Paint pealing in room. 7 Carpet pulling back at edges especially near the inoperative jacuzzi. 8 My girlfriend had the last straw. She found a cockroach crawling on the wall and she lost her mind. She captured and took it to the front desk who fluffed it off as "just a bug" but finally offered us another room that was not the same and some distance away. I would have had to repack, load and haul all our stuff at 10PM. I refused and the whole situation caused great conflict between my lady and me for the rest of our trip. 9 Main indoor pool area was dirty, uncleaned. The hot tub water was green and dirty. I refused to use it. 10 The continental breakfast was a sham. Stale food, nothing hot. The prep area had doors falling off at the hinges. 11 ZERO maid service for a weeks stay. We had to ask / beg for extra towels and trash bags. We had to sack our own trash and haul it ourselves to a can in the lobby. 12 Three luggage carts available in a facility of four floors. In summary....NEVER again. If this is the "New Normal" I'm staying home.

Price was incredible! Bed was comfortable. Nice size room. Few minor issues quickly rectified by staff.

Shower dud not work, lights in bathroom didn't work. pillars holding up 2nd stories walkway had been hit and damaged in severally places. Hot tub was green and brown.

They did have complimentary continental breakfast with no meats but did have boiled eggs, 3 cereals, apples, oranges, bagels, orange/apple/cranberry juices, milk, oatmeal, coffee, hot cocoa, muffins, and danishes. My room was beautiful, clean, cool, and had a (rare) refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again.

I got to the room about three am. We had no towels or wash clothes in room. There was a large gap under door. People were loud all night. The next morning I told the desk clerk. I feel I should get a discount. She could care less...
