Upon arrival, the front desk staff immediately greeted me with a smile and a "welcome"! I wish I would have gotten each of their names but everyone from front desk staff to the ladies in the breakfast area were very pleasant and accommodating. The room we first checked into had a faulty TV so they quickly got us into a new room and helped us move our luggage. Easy parking, quick wifi, convenient location, very comfortable beds...it's a great hotel! Do note that this location does not have AC. It didn't matter because the weather was so pleasant but just something to know because I didn't see anything about this when I booked.

NO AIR CONDITIONING! We traveled to the area for a convention during a wonderful heat wave. My colleague's room reached 83 degrees on the third floor, while mine was a little lower at 80. There was a sign at the entrance that said no air conditioning, but we thought it would be ok in the evening, but it was not. I spent hours on the phone with Hotels.com to change hotels, and the first person I spoke to for over an hour was about to change the room, and then we got cut off. I called Hotels.com again, and this time, I reached a different person who was not helpful at all!! I spent 1.5 hours on the phone, and he said Best Western would not cancel the reservation and he could only offer a $75 credit. This while I could hear chickens in the background, how unprofessional. When I spoke to the Best Western hotel staff, they emphatically said they told Hotels.com they WOULD cancel the reservation at no charge. So apparently, the "supervisor" at Hotels.com (I was told so) decided not to change the hotel. He would not give me his employee ID. We spend probably close to $100,000 annually with Hotels.com, and this is the service we get! Time to move on to another brand!

Hit tub wasn’t working and was part of the reason I booked the stay.

Great staff here. Free breakfast was good. We loved the expresso/ cocoa machine available in the lobby. Very clean updated place. Walking distance to the wharf and lots of restaurants. We would stay again for sure.

Check-in was quick and the room was clean and modern. Friendly staff all-around. Close to the wharf and old town. Quick drive to Cannery Row. Good breakfast and coffee available in lobby. Good parking access. Only minus is the thin walls. Can hear everything in the hallways. Overall, a good choice.

I felt very welcomed as soon as I arrived at the hotel. The front desk provided an excellent service informing me of all ammediities hotel has to offer. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I also enjoyed barista cofee maker at the lobby. Definitely would come back!

Amazingly polite staff, clean hotel, comfortable bed, above average continental breakfast. Coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate & hot tea available all day and night. 2-10 minute walk to tons of restaurants. No AC but it wasnt needed while we were there. I will definitly stay here again as long as the weather isnt hot.

Was a life saver finding such a nice and convenient place at last minute. We had just hastily checked out of substandard hotel. We had bikes on the car rack - the BW staff let us bring them to room because parking was tight yet very accessible. We extended our initial booking and keep same room. Sólidos!!!

Customer service was great. Only problem was sheets had a stain and also I stayed on first floor and you can hear all the stepping going on upstairs it was a bit hard to sleep.

The staff there are very friendly, polite and professional! We stayed on the first floor close to the elevator and front desk so it was not quite for us.
