Check-in time is 4 pm but my room was not ready until nearly 6 pm. When leaving, I had a very early flight but the hotel shut off all the water at the property overnight, so I had no water in the morning to shower with. I cannot imagine I would stay here again.

The check in process was easy, the staff was amazing, the room was nice, clean and spacious. The bar had a nice ambiance. Check out was easy- valet was quick. Price was high but expected due to Taylor Swift weekend but thankfully you all made it worthwhile.

The only thing I will say is the consistency, with the portion sizes of the food &/or drinks received from room service was not the same, it fluctuated.

Our stay at the JW Marriott in New Orleans was great. The staff was exceptional. The bar area was great, nice and quiet at times.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful! Especially the doormen! Hotel was clean from top to bottom! Comfortable bed/pillows!

Perfect location and hotel was very nice. Staff was helpful and very attentive.

Oddly enough the only real complaints were the temperature of the room. The AC was working fine but the room still seemed hot.
The other complaint is that they had no firm pillows.

Stay was really relaxing, room was very cozy, I went for an early morning swim and workout which was amazing, breakfast for two was reasonable, the bar was perfect food was delicious, and all great staff, I would definitely stay at this location again.
