Everything was amazing, love this hotel.

My stay was a positive experience. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food in their restaurant was excellent and well priced. The hotel was recently refurbished and it shows. The rooms were thoughtfully designed to accommodate modern electronic needs with numerous charging ports and great wi-fi. The shuttle staff (Miguel & Jorge) were great. I’m glad I stayed at the Knotts Hotel and I would stay here again.

Was a beautiful and clean hotel. The walk to Knotts Berry Farm was quick which works for tired children. Just was unaware of paying for parking at Hotel

Every time I come here they hit it out of the park such a nice clean comfortable hotel and super convenient really takes a Knott's Berry trip to the next level highly recommend the restaurant is amazing the pot pie is my number one

My son (11) and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay for 2 nights at the Knotts Hotel. It’s clean, beautiful, and so convenient if you’re walking back and forth from the park. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. (Our favorite is Claim Jumper, right down the street that has delicious soups, salads, and drinks.) The Knotts Hotel was beautifully decorated for Xmas. The only problem was the noise pollution. We could hear our neighbor’s conversations clearly many times. Walls could be a little thicker! I love it though, and will most likely return.
We did eat breakfast at the hotel one day. It had bad coffee and was really overpriced, but the quality wasn’t horrible overall. It was conveniently located right downstairs and the servers were kind.

Do not get a standard queen room. Must have been the smallest hotel room I have ever been in the bed took up almost the entire room. No desk or table!!
I did get changed to a different broom, with an upgrade charge☹️
Had breakfast in the only restaurant in the hotel and that have maybe 10 choices with 1 omelet. The big problem is absolutely no substitutions. You can only get what they have. Total BS for a hotel restaurant

Excellent hotel with excellent service. We had a great day at Knotts Berry Farm and got to have an amazing stay at the Knotts hotel. The hotel is beautiful and very well decorated.

Hotel wasn’t bad at all. Just hidden charges. Charged for parking overnight, that’s B.S. wasn’t even valet. The coffee shop inside charged $12 a mocha.

It was amazing. I was very pleased to stay and will be staying again. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. And it was easy access to the amusement park and other places. Me and my family enjoyed staying at the Knotts Berry Hotel.

The hotel was great and so close to Knott's Berry Farm! The staff were all warm and friendly. I had a single queen bed and in the picture there were two chairs even though it was a smaller room, but there were no chairs or desk which made it difficult to even sit and relax. I asked the hotel staff and they said that is how that room comes, but the picture showed chairs.

It was an upgrade, but I fear that the paint was not so well with the bathroom. The bathroom seat looked like a lot of people sat on it, but overall, it was a good hotel, especially with the refurbishment.

I hadn’t stayed at the hotel in over 15 years. I was pleasantly surprised at the appearance and ambience of the hotel. It was “fun” and made you smile. The room was nice. It met expectations. They had a small couch that turned into a twin bed, but you couldn’t see the tv from the placement of the couch.
