Room outdated. Not impressed by decoration in room. Paper toilet like cleaning with a rough newspaper. Bed and pillows superior. Breakfast also superior. Large and comfortable room. Good location with excellent local restaurants walking distance. The check in was very impersonal and never acknowledge upgrade opportunity.

Lovely hotel with friendly service. Piano player in the lobby was delightful. Breakfast was very good. We also had one dinner in the bar area which was delicious.

We loved this hotel, so opulent and elegant, felt very special here, made more special by all the efforts of Julian in concierge who made Marks 50th celebrations unforgettable. Thank you Julian.

This was my refuge for a few days while on business and when i got sick. The two Indian workers were a delight to work with! They helped me get a nice room and canned for a taxi when I needed one.
I also love the lucid airport transfer, big plus. Good vegan breakfast options.
The maids were also brilliant with the house keeping. They put a little bookmark next to my book. :)

Had a really pleasant stay at the Regent Berlin. Everything in this hotel is top notch with fantastic service form check in to check out. A royal design throughout the hotel, but still a cozy feeling. Breakfast was much appreciated with a cold buffet and a made to order menu with hot dishes. Would really like to stay here again next time!

Amazing hotel and top notch luxury. Staff is always attentive and this what a 5 star hotel is meant to be. Location was well located for attractions and good restaurants and shopping.
