Nice bed nice shower very quiet will come back

The staff was fine and the rooms were nice, but there were significant maintenance issues. Couldn't get in to one room because of lock malfunction. Another had a non-functioning shower door. One TV didn't work. For two rooms in one night, that's a lot.

It was basic and decently clean (could have been better but not terrible). I was surprised that a hair dryer was not made available in the room nor from the front desk. I would recommend deep cleaning the top decor covers on the beds (we just set it aside), and the corners of the room really need extra detail cleaning. The breakfast options were pathetic. The biggest sticking point was that I was charged MORE than I was quoted (just a bit over but still not what I was quoted).

The room was damaged with blood in a lamp shade. Hotel showed a pool but there was none. The breakfast food waffle mixed was watered down, limited items. 1 small bar of soap and one small shampoo, and no bath tub.

Not a very clean place, needs updating. Just basic food for breakfast. Bathroom was very small. Okay for a one night stay. Probably will not stay there again.

I didn’t stay. I gave the keys back and left. It was dirty, sheets were dirty, the shower was leaky and had a rag over the plumbing. Never ever going there. I want a refund and not even sure I’m getting my money back. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The bathroom and shower were dirty. Mouse droppings were found in the bed with crumbs. No initial toilet paper, tissues, minimal towels and pillows. The pillows that we had to got smelled like they were sat on and farted on. They turned the phones off so nobody could hear them ring. When the Expedia rep called they couldn’t get through to cancel the next night. This place is a joke do not stay here pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

I understand why the room rate was only $69 dollars, but no one was at reception to greet you, the room was dirty. The bed looked someone just took a nap on it. Carpet was coming lose under the AC. The first day did not receive room service, didn’t clean the room or make the bed or exchange the towels. Hotel residents sitting out side the entrance smoking for hours

I could not stay at the hotel it was dirty. People were hanging out in front of the hotel. Air conditioners were rusty, broken windows. No, running water, bad location not safe at all. I requested my money back.

This place is gross. Dirty, old, not upgraded at all. Breakfast was disgusting, watery eggs, no milk even though they had cereal as an option. Bed had a big dip in the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked if they had toothpaste at the front desk, the guy looked around for it for some time and couldn’t find it, and proceeded to tell me that he had some in his room that I could use - that’s not creepy at all. I opted to go to the gas station and buy new. The little convenience area that has snacks and sodas was cash only - no card, can’t charge it to your room. Luckily we were there to visit family so we spent minimal time at the hotel. Overall just gross and creepy.

Hall and room carpet poorly maintained, stained and dirty. Floor in room was sticky, shower area dirty so I did not put bare feet on the floor and did not use the shower. Bed had clean sheets and all around it was dusty dirty.

Did like anything checked in seen my room and checked right back out waiting on a refund

We booked with hotels.com to stay at the Belmont hotel in O'Fallon Illinois, when we checked in to get our room there was a couple that were telling us that we need to check our room because their room was never cleaned from the previous tenants. And so my wife and I proceeded to go to our room and the room was not clean beds were a mess trash on the floor towels on the floor . And the TV was still on, the two people in front of us that wanted a refund . And they we're not granted a refund not sure why because the room was in total disarray. And my wife and I have still have not received a refund from us not staying at that hotel as well we had to find another hotel at 2:30 in the morning. They did not offer us another room it sounded almost like they wanted us to stay in a dirty room or clean it yourself I would never recommend this hotel. However I did receive a $100 damage deposit back but the couple in front of us did not receive their damage deposit back when they checked in the same time as we did.
