Double room was the perfect size for my family of 6 for a one night stay for cheer competition weekend. Had the two double beds, plus a couch that turned into a bed as well. Great. Breakfast, overall very clean and accommodating!

We had a nice time at Hyatt place although it seemed a bit dated in its overall aesthetic. Would’ve loved more breakfast options because we got the same menu all three days of our stay and it’s the first hotel I’ve ever gone to where you have to pay for parking. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and their shuttle service to the airport was timely and convenient.

Nice room with a bed, sofa, desk, small fridge, and microwave. The included breakfast buffet is definitely one of the nicest we've had, with a good mix of hot and cold foods. Great proximity to restaurants, the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We were traveling with friends and the front desk asked if we would like to be near each other and we said yes. However, they didn't ask us if we wanted a handicap room, which meant a slightly different configuration and a sink outside the bathroom, so we would have preferred a non handicap room. We reported a few issues, closet door was hard to close and off track, toilet won't flush unless you hold the handle down, and the dresser drawers won't stay closed. Only the closet door was fixed.

AC didn’t work, shower wouldn’t drain so it just held water… breakfast was awful. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. We won’t be returning though.

Staff was nice at the front desk. However, I called for pillows for the pullout couch and was told they’d be right up and they never arrived. Unprofessional. Other than that, property is nice.

We have stayed at this Hyatt Place numerous times. This trip was booked almost a year ago. It was advertised as free self parking. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a rude male staff worker who told us it is not free, he didn't care when we booked the room, and it was $8 per night payable to a 3rd party. So, I called Expedia and was told to take it up with the hotel. Said rude employee did not care and refused. Per their site, if you're Hyatt members, which I am, it would be free. He still did not care. So it was already off to a poor start. The room was very out dated. Smelled of food like the workers recently ate in there, not enough toiletries, flat pillows, and no protective covering on the bed! The breakfast was gross, nothing seasoned and it was cold. Poor options, they didn't even have muffins. We only stayed there because I booked it almost a year ago and didn't want to lose the money. I used my debit card to pay for my room and was charged an extra $30.00 that I now have to make sure drops off. The parking lot needs paved badly. You'd think that they'd do upgrades with the money they're screwing customers out of! I WILL NOT be returning and have already warned my family to never stay there!! DO BETTER!!

I love Hiatt Place. That is why I chose it. This one was so disappointing. We reported a broken lamp and it was never fixed. Was dark. Bathroom was tiny compared to others. The food truck had not come in and breakfast was very limited. The television was in the weirdest place. Not accessible to see well from any seating area. Caves the middle of the wall partition. Smelled of pot so badly but they did immediately address this concern and it stopped. I will never stay in this Hiatt Place again.
