This is one of my preferred hotels to stay at in Enid. For some reason, this time I accidentally chose smoking rooms. I personally could not smell smoke in our room but my husband could. My son had the room next to ours and I could slightly smell smoke when I opened his door. This was completely my fault not the hotels. The rooms were on the older side but still comfortable. We were outside near the pool. We will stay here again.

We have always had a nice stay here. The desk clerks are always so nice. The bed was comfortable. I loved the new floor tile in the bathroom. We had a room with two queen beds but it didn’t feel crowded which was nice. This is the main hotel that I prefer to stay at when in Enid. Even though it’s older it’s still a good place to stay.

Pool was empty and closed. No mention of this on website. Grandkids were very disappointed. Found a public pool for them..more money out of my pocket. Breakfast not stocked. Coffee was like light tea, but management did fix that. No milk for cereal and no syrup for waffles, management brought more. Each time management not at desk, had to hunt and call out for someone. Only plates smaller than the waffle, management said they were out of larger plates. Very disappointed. Website did NOT say pool was closed.

It was what you would expect for the price you pay. Room was clean. Bed was decent. Their pool was empty so that was disappointing. But overall there’s nothing to complain about for what you pay.

This is an older property. It is clean, great staff and convenient area. Close to downtown and shopping. Property owners were working on the swimming pool area.

room was not very clean. ice bucket had something on lid and I had to scrub it off. air conditioner sounded like a semi
when it kicked on. Breakfast bar was very scant and we got there around 7:30. The area was really hot.

cockroachs in the first room. The carpet had not been vacuumed for a while in the second room.

Needless to say it was a bedbug. Immediately packed my belongings and went to the counter to report it. The staff members was kind and resigned me to a different area of the hotel. She also informed me that I was the 1st guest to start in the room after another guest was there for 1 month. Do not stay in the smoking side of this hotel.
