This family-owned hotel was the most pleasant, relaxing stay that I think I've ever had anywhere! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Any request or issue that we mentioned was handled immediately and cheerfully. April even made my husband a special pot of decaf coffee each and every morning of our stay, even though I told her she didn't have to because he would only drink one cup anyway! I'm looking for reasons to go back to KY just so we can stay there again!

Staff friendly, room had kitchen and couch, breakfast, and right across the street from the Turfway Park/Casino entrance which is what we were there for. Would stay again.

This place had such a good aura...I appreciate the full kitchen, updated hot shower and clean bed. I utilized the exercise room and breakfast was well stocked with Kosher items...I loved it...I will return when im in area ...Michelle is a Angel

The hotel was very quiet and spacious. The room had stains on the carpet and looked outdated. The room did offer 2 seperate rooms and a kitchen with a full size refrigerator which was great. It was much cheaper than many hotels in the area. April was very friendly and helpful at breakfast.

From check in to check out Ashley Quarters Hotel was awesome. Super welcoming staff, clean room, good breakfast provided. Everything was just amazing!! 10/10, 5/5, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if you ever staying in or around Cincinnati definitely give this place a look. Not a major hotel but treats you better than them anyday. If you ask me it’s a hidden gem!!

Excellent service but the hotel is older. Affordable pricing and probably better for extended stays if you need a kitchen. Also is in a good location.

Had a great visit overall. Having a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, plates, silverware and cookware was really nice so we didn't have to go out and spend money at a restaurant. The bed was excellent (not too soft and not too hard with no dips) and the shower was new-looking and modern with great water pressure. The bathroom and linens were spotless. Some of the silverware wasn't perfectly clean and a non-stick skillet would be a great addition as the stainless steel pan was difficult to cook with but this did not detract from our overall experience. Michelle at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the expected continental breakfast and was just fine for our needs. Would happily stay here again!

Check in after hours took a little bit more attention as front desk has limited hours. Hotel was cozy but rear elevator was not obvious nor easily accessible in the rain. Since it is all the way around the building from check in.

From check in to check out my stay was a great experience. My room was clean and spacious. All the ladies working there were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.

Quiet - no road or airport noise heard in the hotel. The room hvac unit easily maintained temp without a noisy compressor or blower waking me. Small but full kitchen, with a fridge that works. Others' cooking aromas do not enter your room.

The linens and furnishings were nice and comfortable, if not perfectly modern. (Bring your phone charger because USB outlets aren't built in.) There were a couple of dings in the wall, but it was well maintained overall. Burger King is next door if you want eggs and meats for breakfast.

The after hours check in was awesome. The property had a coded lock box with my key and paperwork waiting for me
Shower was excellent.
My only negative was the TV kept popping up warnings about HD signal failure and I couldn't pull up the guide. No big deal, as it was late and i just wanted some noise, but for a longer stay it would be frustrating.
Either way I'm happy to give my business to a local than a major corporation

Walls in the common area and in our room were in need of paint and some drywall repair. For a non-smoking hotel, the smoking area was located right next to the doors. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and would not stay here again. Lots of other quality hotels in the area at the same price point. No staffing over night. Might have been a great property years ago, but no longer.

Wonderful hotel! So nice that it's not part of a chain. Great attention to detail with room decor. Room was spacious with a full size kitchen! Bed was comfortable. Shower was the best of any hotel I have ever been in!
