We had a great stay. The hotel feels brand new and very clean. The front desk team were very nice and helpful. The gym was convenient and had up to date equipment. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location for my needs, which was visiting a friend in Aurora, not sightseeing. The taco place across the street is the best!

There was an incident in the pool which resulted in carbon monoxide poisoning and we had to evacuate the building, no one was around to give instruction or updates had to wait for firefighter to come in and give instructions.. took 2 plus hrs to be allowed to go back in and lost half day in this whole process.

Staff was extremely welcoming, hotel was clean. Pool was small and felt like an ice bath.

Everyone was great. Plenty of dining options across the street. Clean and quiet! Close to the airport and 20-30 minutes away from downtown.

We got in really late and the front desk service was great. Easy check in. The room we reserved online was not the room that they had available upon check in. We had reserved a king and got a two queen accessible room. The room was decently clean, there was one chair in the corner that was covered in stains and the floors in the entry didn’t seem very clean but the bed linens were clean and the carpet seemed vacuumed. The bathroom was okay, there was a towel rod that was coming off the wall but overall it seemed clean and the shower was decent.

I ordered two pancakes but they came ready made out of a covered pan -- cold! My wife ordered some egg & potato meal, same story -- cold! The view outside our picture window was a quarter-mile of bare land. With no barrier of any kind, passers-by could walk directly up to the window and look in, so we had the shades drawn most of the time. The complimentary ride to the airport was good.

This is a very safe place to stay. You cannot use the elevators without your room key *excellent move! The pool wasnt heated, felt more like 72 degrees instead of 80 for winter time. Beware they use feather comforters and pillows (I'm highly allergic). Was able to swap out pillows but slept with sheets only. Fire pit goes all night. We used the outdoor grill to cook. Stocked kitchen for us but my son's room was missing glasses and cookware. Nice shampoo and body wash provided. the staff was so very nice! My son has a ton of food allergies and at breakfast I spoke with the gentleman who cooked the eggs. He immediately said he would cook him some special eggs! That was so sweet of him to do because that was literally the only thing he could eat out of the many great breakfast options provided. Rooms are very very quiet. Pet friendly as well.

Very disappointing property for the published rating. Had made specific requests associated with our room, which were not honored, had to change rooms when arrived at the property laye at night even though checked in remotely late afternoon. Property quality and condition was average at best. Will jot be staying at the property again.
