Wonderful place to stay! Not only is it so convenient to transport, the CBD and NGV, but also the staff at Quay West are superb. First class service and the breakfast is wonderful. Excellent!

Recommend this property to anyone looking to have a great time in the city. Close to everything you need for a great time away. Everything is in walking distance . The property had everything we needed . Clean , spacious and reception staff were very helpful. Parking is included.Will definitely stay here again 👌

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Great views and nice size balcony. Everything you need is around this area. Looking forward on my next visit. And maybe have to look into moving in long term.

We received a complimentary upgrade from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic having the extra space, especially travelling with a 4mth old.
Mitch was sensational his customer service was fantastic.

Do not hesitate to book here. The staff were wonderful with special mention to Malcom and James. Efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful were these two. Bravo! Excellent location for walking to the Australian Open. Right on the Southbank with oodles of dining and shopping options at your doorstep.

Room and breakfast was good but the spa/pool was not available. I booked the hotel because I like the pool /spa area. What a shame. Quite disappointed. Window is a bit dangerous.

We got the 3 bedroom penthouse suite for our bridal team before our wedding and quay west met all our expectations! they were very accomodating in both check in and check out procedures as we had some wedding formalaties on both sides. The penthouse itself was amazing, very comfortable and well fit out.
