Place was nice and clean. Kevin was amazing and helpful at check in

Our stay was mostly wonderful! The outer door on the west side of the hotel needs to be fixed. When someone walks through the door it slams so loudly that it vibrates through the walls in my room. The wonderful manager has said that she has put it in for repairs several times. It’s the hotel’s fault but the owner for not getting it fixed. I looked it over myself and it wouldn’t be hard to fix. The staff were very friendly for the most part. I got getter sleep at this hotel then at most higher rated ones. I will recommend and stay here again.

The room was great! The front desk was great! But the hotel conditions in general were fair. Halls were dirty, and they smelled bad. People hanging around the parking lot made it feel less than secure. But as I said, the room itself was great- did not smell, and the bed was extremely comfortable and the desk staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Cable TV was off but this was probably due to the hurricane that had just came through. My room was the very last one so the WiFi was a bit patchy. Breakfast options were lacking but was still nice, staff were all very friendly. Nice place to stay but removed 1 star due to the small issues.

Cant say how it was never got checked in had problems with the system and was told room unavailable, tried to get help from hotels.com and got no help ended up paying cash at another hotel and still havnt gotten this resolved. Will definitely not use hotels.com again anytime soon . Been a member for a very long time , they realy let me down!

The Toilet in the Bathroom in my small room kept making a ear-piercingly (like what only dogs hear), LOUD SOUND in my room. I didn't know where I left my ear-plugs for silent sleeping, so I SUFFERED through my short time there. 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN for this place!

There was no coffee pot in room. Breakfast was skimpy. Cellophane muffins and pastries, oatmeal and grits, apple and orange juice. No milk, no fruit or toaster. If you are looking for clean, quiet and comfortable this would be a good option. No elevator, though.

No weird smell or over flowery spray, i did my mattress check and all was clear. The surrounding area is as you would expect as an exit off the highway.
Small light breakfast.coffee decent muffins, danishs, yogurt. Simple but enough to grab something and on the road again

Loved the room, very friendly front desk clerk, I just cant remember her name, but she was helpful throughout my stay. However I did have a small situation that didn't get handled until check out time. I would highly recommend due to the stores and restaurants thats around, where you don't have to drive far. Will stay again!!!

This was an absolute joke and I will be calling orbitz for a refund. Hot water didn’t work, keys didn’t work, no breakfast provided. Staff was slow and had no clue what they were doing.
