Most of the staff are well-trained and friendly. In particular, the tuk-tuk drivers are very sincere and always smile. I felt truly grateful. However, the cleaning condition was that the bathtub and floor were not cleaned even once during the 4 nights I stayed there, the bathroom exhaust fan had problems working, and the bathroom towels were not provided in the bathroom but were always thrown on the living room table. There is nothing around when you leave the resort. It is far to go downtown or to the mart. In general, as an employee who worked at the Grand Hyatt in the past, the service system was overall well organized.

The best resort we have stayed at and we have stayed at plenty! Everyone was friendly and hospitable. The resort is huge and you’ll need a golf cart to get around. The breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of options to eat. We did have some minor issues at the beginning when the resort required payment 7 days prior to arrival. I had to provide names and ages of everyone staying. After finding out the villa I booked would not accommodate everyone, the resort provided us with free upgrades. On our check out, the bell hop and staff came out to wave bye. They even provided with breakfast on the go bc our flight was early in the morning and wouldn’t have enough time to eat. Amazing! My kids wanted to stay longer and I do not blame them. Book your stay! Don’t hesitate!

Clean spacious pool villa, affordable room service menus (10-20usd), 300k vnd voucher per room/per stay (depends on option), shuttle bus service to major attractions, 5min ride to the beach, i would defintely reccomend this facility for those who have children/many family members to spend vacation on.

Vinpearl wonderworld is a nice and relaxing place, the staff are very nice and always doing their best to help where they can. It’s great for family. The food was excellent, lots of varieties but it was geared toward international food, not the Vietnamese culture. However, I did not find this place to be 5 stars due to quality of the villas. Cabinets looks cheap. Fridge was slanted, pool was felt dirty. It was a nice villa, just the quality wasn’t there especially for the price you pay for.

First of all, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. Bit far from city center but very beautiful and nice resort. Breakfast taste wise was not the best. Villas are bit outdated and interior needs to be renovated, specially the furniture and some paints. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would likely go back someday.
