The hotel itself was ok . The room a little old but spacious.
The Mediterranean restaurant could improve with the quality of the food and the service . Takes 45 minutes for a a dish of pasta

We had the most delightful stay at the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. Property is gorgeous and well kept. Room was very clean and resort had lots of things to do. We did the water aerobics several times and both instructors were excellent. Very personable with the guests. We played volleyball, rode the bikes, played pingpong. Pool was large and had floating mats that you could lounge on. We loved the path along the ocean front and walked it both ways several times. As a Captain Club member we enjoyed the free cocktails and appetizers every day in the late afternoon. Food was delicious! Management is very quick to fix any issues and we enjoyed meeting them at the Captains Club. We walked into town several times and had massages there for $12 CDN. Buffet had lots of options and food was very good. We tried several of the restaurants and enjoyed all of our meals. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

The property was great. Multiple restaurants to choose from. Beautiful gardens and staff were excellent. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
It was very difficult to find a lounge chair by the pool.
The bathroom was clean but in need of a renovation.
Overall a great choice for a wonderful vacation.

It's one of our favorite spots to visit it's a little bit rundown because it's not the newest result there but it makes up for it in other ways we cannot wait to come back

Amazing stay here with our family for a wedding. Kids loved the pools and plenty options for dining in hotel and surrounding area. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely recommend for families!

An amazing resort for those who want to take advantage of the spa, get a taste of the local Balinese culture, and enjoy the serenity of the sandy beach and pools. The staff were all incredibly friendly and always extremely helpful. Very quiet with great dining options on site and nearby.

We have just got back to Perth Aus after staying with you for 8 nights and are a bit disappointed with the hotel.
We have been coming to the hotel nearly every year for the last 10+ years and recommended the hotel to all our friends for a joint 60th birthday celebration as we have always been impressed with the hotel and staff before.
There was a group of 18 of us altogether leaving on seperate dates and my wife and I stayed on until the 17th May.
Firstly , we couldn’t eat togther in any of the restaurants on the first night ( only 8 of us eating ) and ended up in the main restaurant at 9pm , which I don’t think is too late to eat in a quality hotel of your size . There was basically no food left and the only thing on the menu was chicken - couldn’t even do a few pizzas for us. Then we were told there was no chicken and that it would be an hour is we wanted some ( probably so they could un freeze it ?) . We walked out.
The other problem was , as you have lowered the standards of the hotel and include all inclusive packages for people there are now no available sun beds around the main pool areas as people are doing the wrong thing and putting towels on sun beds and then going off for breakfast .
Your pool attendants need to monitor the beds and if nobody returns within half an hour they should clear the towels.
Never got an invite to the managers lawn party either.
Unfortunately, non of us will be returning to Nusa Dua Hotel again

we where for the 2 nd time here, we love the hotel, all the staffs are really soo kind, my kids loved the pool area and all the facilities there.. cycle rental, bike rental, cabana rental
