Room was dirty, and noisy. Doors to balcony didn’t seal properly so room was drafty. Very damp smell in bathroom. Breakfast good.

Stayed for a wedding, went to the room got changed and went to the festivities. It was only in the night that we realised the bathroom floor tiles were loose, there was grout everywhere, it was like walking through the carpark bare foot. Complained to the reception in the morning on check out she said they'd have happily moved us. I said who wants moving in the middle of the night and that I'd be in touch. They've not responded since, £350 spent in their hotel on the room, drinks, parking (which is also a shambles) etc. and not even the courtesy to reply 2 star at best.

Lovely stay at St David’s, really enjoyed and customer service was brilliant. Hotel and spa was very clean and we had a the relaxing weekend we wanted.

Receptionist very helpful, room and view lovely, excellent shower; only let down by 'missing' staff at breakfast. Literally had to find someone to welcome us in/show to a table. Agreed, it was busy due to half-term, but surely that could have been provisioned for?

Amazing views of the bay. Good breakfast, excellent dinner and very good spa facilities. We will be back.

Room was amazing. Very big and clean. The balcony overlooking the bay would be great during the summer. Breakfast was a feast, plenty of options and plenty of staff around so no tables waiting to be cleaned. Will be looking at staying again.

First time staying here after dozens of visits to other hotels in Cardiff and I can’t believe I havnt tried out st David’s hotel before! Knocks spots of most if not all other Cardiff hotels

A fantastic find! The hotel & the neighborhood couldn't be better. The pool, hot tubs, whirpool & sauna are 1st rate. Our room was spacious, clean & tidy with a terrific view. Cardiff Bay is terrific place to go & unwind, with a number of nice restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend the Voco St David

Overall it is a nice hotel and there was nothing bad about it but I've stayed in better hotels for less money. We stayed in a standard king, the room was nice however the bathroom was pretty dated. Spa access was nice. As I say overall it was nice but I think the hotel could do with a few updates to rooms (i.e bathrooms etc)

Ideal for what we needed for our four-day visit - all staff were particularly friendly and helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was lovely, over looking the bay. Bed was super comfortable and breakfast was delicious!

Myself and my wife really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Firstly walking in, the decor of the interior is amazing. Staff were extremely friendly on arrival. It was wife’s birthday and when the staff member realised this she upgraded our room to the Tigerbay suite which was a lovely touch. The views from the room was amazing. The facilities (eg pool/hot tub) was nice, and liked that there were family timings. Every staff member we spoke to during our time there were extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate us. With Cardiff Bay being a walkable distance away, it really is an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back again.
