This was my 2nd stay at this property. Very clean and very friendly service. Location was perfect for my needs. I'll definitely stay at this property again.

I asked 4 times to get the fold out sofa made up and the made up. I was told 4 times by 4 different people that it would be done. 1 was the housekeeper, 1 was the housekeeper supervisor and I believe the other 2 were managers. Never got done. There was so much dog hair on the sofa that we used up an entire lint roller on our clothes before we left for the funeral. The entire hotel needs to be repainted. I was super annoyed because the rates were high and we were only there because virtually everything else was sold out that weekend. WIll never stay here again. Hilton should be ashamed that they have a brand this bad.

The customer service was excellent but unfortunately the rooms not so much. Our first room was on second floor and before we got too comfortable, we realized that there was mold on the ceiling. I have bad allergies and asthma, so we requested another room. She put is on the 3rd floor, but that ceiling was just as worse. I canceled the reservations altogether.

A multi Millionaire owns this hotel. There is no excuse for it to be so rundown and filthy. Mold in the bathrooms, filthy carpet, tables in eating area never wiped down in 3 days. Plenty of staff to do so. Wires hanging out in the pool. Furniture full of filth and stains. No emergency systems operating when power went out. One elevator does not operate. Green carpet so dirty it is brown and black in the walking path. The list goes on and on. An embarrassment to the Hilton brand.

This was the start of our girls trip, which we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The stay would have been a whole lot better if there was not this awful smell of mildew in the rooms and hallways.

Room had stale odor. Bed was very uncomfortable. Floor AC unit was out. Had two large units with large wiring bundles- could be a hazard with children. Coffee was warm but not hot.

Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable room. Pool was big and warm. Breakfast was also good. Very close to zoo Tampa. We choose this location just for the zoo. Would stay there again.

Some sort of air conditioning unit on the 4th floor that was super loud and looked horrible.
A/C leaking so the carpet was moist and had a smell.
General women’s bathroom in lobby was DISGUSTING. Overall, if I wasn’t just saying for about 8 hrs to just sleep, I would have requested it money back.

The hotel itself was awesome I have nothing negative to say about it, but being near the airport the planes are a bit loud so take that into consideration when booking.

Stayed in room 522. Very clean, stocked and ordered when I entered the room. A/C controls were intuitive. Front desk was very efficient. Check in took 2 minutes max. and Check out took 30 seconds.
Definitely recommend and if I need to stay at a hotel in this area again, I will go here.

Great 4 night stay. Room was spacious and clean. Hot breakfast was fine and the pool was great. Plenty parking. Staff were friendly and helpul. The only downside was the bed was uncomfortable.
