Better than expected. Rooms are nicer than what the outside appearance would suggest due to age of building.

This place was average. It was clean, room was big. Beds were pretty hard and not comfortable. Easily heard the road traffic thru the window. Staff was pleasant.

The shower stall floor was filthy. Didnt notice this until I had to get up in the morning to leave, too early for housekeeping. On my way out there was an apology for the incpnvenience. The rest of the unit was fine for a short stay to lay my head but Id never go back.

While the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfy, the hotel didn’t match expectations that were based on previous reviews and the ratings other people had provided. There were bugs in our room. The TP was such poor quality you couldn’t even blow your nose with it - no Kleenex in room. Poor access to towels. The room was damp - and so was the furniture. You’d sit down on the sofa, and would stand up with a damp tush. We paid for two nights but left after the first. Won’t be going back.

Nicely renovated. Suites are clean and rooms cleaned daily. The only thing missing was drinks and snacks availability on site

Property was extremely dirty from the floors not washed, dirty bathtub and coffee maker not cleaned from the previous user. It hadn’t been dusted for a very long time as evidenced by the heavy accumulation of dust on the baseboards and top of bed. We complained and were assured it would be cleaned properly the next day. It wasn’t. Property advertised king bed with couch and we called and confirmed. Arrived there and no couch and the dresser was 3 drawers the size of a kitchen cutlery drawer, useless for two people. There was an unused space where a wardrobe could have been added to properly store clothes and jackets. There was also a language issue where the staff could not understand what was being communicated. We will not be returning and would caution others to be careful booking here. I wish I could add pictures to show how filthy this room was.

The room was a pleasant surprise. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this Motel and we will return.

This motel is excellent value for the price range. Also convenient location for entering U.S.A. and exiting Hwy. 401.

We frequently visit family in Windsor and have stayed in both airbnb and hotels and Kenora motel is among the best. The rooms are large and modern. Everything is fresh and very clean. The beds are super comfortable, the shower good. Nice large tv and both fridge and microwave to keep and heat up food. For us the location was perfect coming off the 401 from Toronto and central to most places. We will definitely come back.

Very clean and nice but our A/C was loud and the trucks driving by were just as noisy. My wife and I are light sleepers so it made for a difficult night sleep. My room was the closest to the street so I'm assuming that's why I got such a good rate through Expedia. I should have asked for a different room.
