Heat was on full blast in my room, making the temp legitimately 90. I wish I'd taken a picture because I wasn't aware it was possible to get a room that hot in the winter. The solution I was offered was to open the window and given a fan. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have the same issue. Found this interesting, since no one else I spoke with seemed to have the same issue

Dont waste your time. NOTHING is open in the hotel cant get dinner the bar isnt even ope . There is no one working the floors .

I have stayed at this hotel many times and am not disappointed. Check in was easy, room was comfortable and clean. Great hotel.

The pictures posted are not accurate. The rooms and casino are dated. No amenities in the room. The room didn’t even have a table to sit and eat at. Whenever you walked in to the building it was like a ghost town. There was nobody at the front desk. When I notified the front desk that my shower was flooded they said they would send somebody to look and it and nobody ever arrived. They should shut down complete the renovations and reopen. This place is low budget actually I would say it is no budget.

Very limited food options especially for breakfast or casual dinning considering the amount of rooms they have. In our room all was great except the bathtub was old and rusted. We come from Carson city and hope to enjoy future events at the new center so we hope the Golden Nugget will improve with time.

One of the towels in our room had nasty brown stuff all over it and it was hanging on the rack in the bathroom to be used. We didn’t use it and the window in our room looked like there was three splatters of blood or something else nasty on it I didn’t take any pics and I tried to clean the window but it was stuck

Unfortunately, we had to check out early. Our TV didn't work, the heater didn't work, and the shower was only cold water. We requested the shower be looked at, but unfortunately it was not fixed.

Price at check in was more than agreed, and they should have made it right but it’s not gone through yet so I’m nervous.
Tv remotes didn’t work very well, and the rooms were very tired.

Room was bery dirty spider webs on bed head boar bath tub was dirty customer servie ck in was bad the only nice thing that happen was the ck out girl was nice and lisen to me also we almost suffocate with heather on room was hot ac not working look like room was not used 4 many months. Im so sorry we stay there we were so tired thats why we suffer hole room was faling apart

Stayed on 15th floor. The Room was very worn out and found bugs in the room. Tried to use the heater and it did not work. I reported the heater issue with the front desk and they said to just not use it and they’ll give me more blankets if needed.

Don’t understand why they charge $20 per night for parking when most of the other hotels do not! Service at the tables and slots were slow for drinks; Hate the smell of smokers and their cigarettes !!!
