The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable & the service was good. They were very friendly! The included breakfast was good. Just had coffee myself, but they had bagels, waffles, bread to toast & cereal available. Overall it’s a decent place. Yes, it could use some maintenance/repairs/updates but for the great price, it was very good, in my opinion.

1st room the toilet was not secured to the floor. 2nd room had no hot water and the toilet would not flush properly. Front desk had to “turn the boiler up twice”. By the next morning, after running the shower for 10 minutes we had hot water. Tv in both rooms had fuzzy local channels so we had to leave in order to watch the football games. I’m still not sure if the floor was stained with nail polish, rust or blood. The beds were clean and comfortable. AC worked as it should. Definitely needs some maintenance and up dates but I guess it’s worth $80-100 per night. We won’t stay there again.

DO NOT stay here. The room that they gave me and my family smelled of cat urine and feces. They tried to over the smell with some sort of cleaner. It smelled like a porta-potty. Bathroom was dirty tub black smears and large patched holes and cracks(RM 325) . Requested a refund through Expedia and both were not willing to give a refund. When I decided to not stay the manager Shawn whom I spoke with upon leaving stated that I had to go through Expedia to request a refund because he could not do from his end due to the booking was through a 3rd party… when Expedia tried to contact vendor they refused refund. Very disappointing and even more disappointed with Expedia for recommending with a 7 rating and would not even compensate at least half of the money or credit I lost. We only booked to stay one night and this place was not even safe or clean enough to just stay the night. Do not recommend this place.

Nice to have a cheaper option. Coffee and hot chocolate around the clock. We had trouble with a bed being loose one night but it was repaired the next day when we brought it to their attention.

The bed was so squeaky, every time I moved it squeaked so loud. I heard a bed squeaking either in one of the rooms next to me, or the room above me. The person just got out of bed to go use the bathroom. The toilet did not flush properly. When I flushed it, the water went down, but none of the toilet paper did. There was a plunger in the bathroom, so I plunged the toilet, but that did not help. I went out to the front desk, because there was no phone in the room and told the man at the desk. He said maintenance doesn't come in until tomorrow, but he will let a note for him about it. The breakfast here is usually very good, a lot of variety. Today it was muffins, and bagels. The parking lot is not lit very much. It's very dark. I love that they have good pillows. And they give 4 or 5.

Hotel and staff was great but I had a problem with payment as there comformation said that the wasn’t paid for so I had to pay for the again and then spend over 45 minutes on the phone trying get a refund that I have to wait 7 to10 days for from Expedia .

Wifi was terrible. Room was not cleaned well. People did not care.

Stay was fine , floor in room seemed a bit sticky. No ice machine /no vending machine. Nothing to write home about but got the job done
