Staff and owner Are very rude and biased. Hotel is in horrible condition. To say it is a roach motel is a complete over statement! Owner/ management Make up their policies and procedures as they go. There is no Wyndham compliances involved with this hotel at all in my honest opinion it is a waste of space and should be demolished. There are drugs and Prostitution noticeably in effect constantly. I would not rent A room at this hotel for an enemy… If you are thinking about booking with them, do not take a second thought make it a strong No And save yourself The time and energy of merely entertaining the thought of being there!

It was so bad I didn’t stay the room smelled like mildew the bedding was torn room was dirty the jacuzzi tub had black around the jets the motel and hotel.com refused to refund my money both blaming the other for the responsibility of the refund

Room 205 as soon as you walk in there’s a smashed roach on the wall! There was also a roach in the bathroom, a live one, and the knob above the water in the tub is broken so water pressure was minimal, carpet is dirty….

This was such a horrible experience and such a waste of mone. The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the towels smelled like mildew, the shower was clogged. The sheets even had burn holes from people smoking even tho smoking wasnt allowed. Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible. Floors gritty. Bathroom floors are slippery. Tub as well. Water did not drain out as I showered. Worse experience ever.

The water from the shower wouldn't drain, dryer broken, cigarette holes in spread and blanket. Lightning poor. 1/2 of toliet paper on roll, had to get more, ice machine broken so therefore no ice bucket. Breakfast was ridiculous. Only coffee, waffles, old bananas, sliced bread. When i went to put bread in toaster, has 2 small roaches crawling around. We stay here about 2 years ago and wasn't this bad. Never again.

The covers have so many cigarettes burns and stains on it thank goodness I bring plastic bed covering and the price they charge should be 20 dollars for a quick hole in the wall motel. The office guy tried to enter the room thank goodness I had the other lock on the door. I just want to get through this one night and I will not ever book anything around this area again. I can't do the nasty looking tub, roaches, and cigarette burns on the covers, and the smell of wetness and dampness in this room. Just feel nasty

Rooms are a little outdated, bed spreads looked dirty. Lights and a/c were turned on before we arrived, this was very much appreciated. Breakfast consisted of toast, banana or waffles. Nothing for kids, only coffee to drink, no juices. The staff were so friendly.
