The rooms were spacious the hotel staff were all incredible. When we arrived late the front desk offered my kids hot chocolate. In the morning the breakfast staff were kind and accommodating. Over the top service. The bathroom had a bit of an odor at points. Almost musty. The shower could definitely use a renovation but for the money, we were very pleased. The spaciousness of the room and the impeccable service made up for the outdated showers

Our family spent one night at the hotel after playing whole day in the Busch garden. The front desk was friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast includes cheese omelette, scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausages and biscuits and gravy. Sadly the waffle machine was broken when we got there. Otherwise, everything else is fascinating.

Overall the hotel was very clean, quiet, and walking distance to lots of restaurants, movie theater, and a 1.5 mile walk to colonial Williamsburg. (The train did go by several times a day but nothing a noise machine will drown out at night).

My stay was very nice. I arrived very late and feared my room would have been canceled, but it was not. The clerk at check in was especially nice and friendly. The room was very clean and met my needs. The hotel is located about 5 minutes from colonial williamsburg and the College of William and Mary, so the location is good for both of those. Overall a good stay.

Checked into a room that smelled horribly of mildew/mold. Request to change rooms was successful, got room that was less smelly. Hotel is in good location, near university. Nice pool, decent weight room, clean rooms. Beds were uncomfortable/sagging, breakfast poor quality.

Very nice property. Good value for the money. Great location - convenient to W&M and quite a few nice restaurants. We didn’t eat breakfast but when we popped into the breakfast area for coffee. True breakfast area was clean and tidy and looked like there was a good assortment of items to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a very nice two-night stay in July. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is secure and I felt safe at all times even though I was alone. I had friends who ended up staying within a couple minutes but I found their hotel noisy and was happier with my choice.
Location was very convenient to everything but I spent most of my time in Colonial Williamsburg and Merchant Square which was just minutes away.

This is my second time staying here… The room is absolutely amazing! So nice clean comfortable huge I enjoyed every second of being in the room. It’s beautiful. The breakfast was decent. No issues with that. One issue that I do have is the $100 deposit That they take at check-in literally takes 10 days before it’s returned! That is absolutely crazy to me! Because of that, I was not going to stay here the second time, but the location is perfect for my friend that I was visiting… Again, the room and service are amazing. The hundred dollar deposit return fee needs to be revamped.
