Lovely room and friendly staff. It's a little tricky to get to, and the parking isn't great, but the hotel itself is nice.

It would have been mediocre but we had folks in a room above us partying all night did not get a wink of sleep, sounded like a heard of antalope above my room all night long it didnt end until my husband went up there. Complained to the building about this at 4 am! Not impressed.

Upon arrival, the front desk only had one room when the reservation was for two. Then, after producing the reservation, the front desk agent said she found a room but it was going to stick us on to completely different floors, After, being a little persistent as I had booked these rooms months in advance for this weekend, she did have the ability to put us side-by-side. I asked what specifically would be pre-authorized on my credit card and she insured that only the room incidental would be charged. I asked her to leave a note on the account that I would be paying cash upon checkout. When she had me sign in the room costs were different and she told me that that would be fixed. In the morning when I woke up, I noticed that there had been three charges on my credit card….. for the room incidental, one for one room at a higher rate than our reservation quoted. and then another for the amount of the original quoted room …..which literally took up and used the balance on my card at that moment making it unusable for the remainder of my trip as I was advised that it would take 5 business days for it to be released. Upon trying to check out the front desk clerk fixed the amounts. I paid cash and left. Not a great first impression.

Everything was great except the fact that the shower head can’t be used without having to hold it as the stand was pretty flimsy. The microwave door had fingerprints to it and so were the buttons as if it was never wiped clean before we arrived. Other than that, the employees were polite and our stay was great. Would come back again.

Also upon arrival, the microwave door had a lot of fingerprints to it so were the buttons. It was as if never wiped clean before we arrived. Other than that, the employees were polite and our stay was awesome.

Checked in late and front desk is very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is refilled fast and staff is friendly and cleaning the tables as fast as she can to accommodate incoming new guests to dine. Room is very clean, we had a quiet stay.

Staff were fantastic, the room was clean. My only feed back would be with respect to the toilets. The seat was very poor quality and the toilets are the older low style. Changing them out to newer low flow high standing toilets would hope improve water saving and guest comfort.

This building needs an upgrade. It does not meet the usual Holiday Inn standards. It's a bit rough around the edges. Front desk staff need some very basic customer service reminders. After driving for 10 hours, the welcome could be improved and more cordial.

Liked the 2queen and one sofa bed room. Still spacious despite the three sleeping beds.

Our shower did not work. This caused considerable stress as my family was in Regina to attend my sister’s funeral.
