This was a clean, comfortable, and easy stay. It was a little off the I-5 and close to Paine Field but I couldn't hear any noises at all. We slept very well. The check in was easy and fast. The gentleman working there (cannot remember his name) was very friendly and kind. My only complain is that it was a Friday night around 7:30/8 and the lounge was not open but on the website it said it was open until 9 I believe. There is food available for purchase and was pretty decent! I would recommend

My car was broken into and valuables stolen and they couldn't even have a cctv outside the property. What a shame!

Clerk at desk was surly and rude. He locked me out the second day and when I asked why, he ignored me. The drink I had in your bar was twice the price it should have been. $20 for a glass of wine? Really?

This was my first trip to Washington and I heartily recommend Hilton Garden as excellent lodging.
Friendly staff enhanced my stay.

Our family liked the ease of access to Mukilteo and the freeway. It felt new and clean. We felt safe there. We liked the pool and hot tub.

Overall we truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, super helpful and nice staff. Only slight negative was the lack of dining abilities at the time of our stay. They did serve a nice breakfast, but could offer nothing else.

The hotel is nice. We were not told that they only clean the rooms every other day so after a long day we came back to used towels, etc. We were also not told they would bill our credit card $75/day as a deposit. That seems a bit excessive.

Although the hotel was clean and the service was friendly, one of the main reasons we stayed at this particular hotel was because it listed having a restaurant and bar on premises. The hotel did in fact have both, but they were closed both nights of our stay. The staff gave no reason... they just said they were closed. We would have chosen another hotel had we known.
