We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was lovely, very spacious, neat and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to access the shopping centre and restaurants from the hotel, breakfast restaurant was lovely and all staff are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back at our next visit

When checking out it was raining and the concierge said I could get a complimentary ride to the train station 5 minutes away. Ordinarily, I would walk. On the way the driver twisted my arm for money to take me all the way to the airport. When that didn't work, he demanded payment to drop me at the train station.

Cleaning needs to be supervised as there is to some extent lack of detail. The WiFi was very much up and down for two days.

I had a great stay in this hotel. It was located directly across from the Convention centre so very convenient. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The airline I flew with lost my luggage and the hotel staff worked tirelessly to locate it. It finally arrived. I don't think it would have been possible without their help.

Our home away from convenient. Easy access to shopping, convenient parking and most of all, with crime in South Africa on the up, very secure from a security point of view.

Location, location, location. Excellent location with easy access to the mall. Very secure. Excellent staff who go out of the way to be of service. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid we really expected a proper breakfast. Will rather stay in future at Da Vinci.
It was also extremely difficult to get to the car as you have to change so many lifts, walk to other lifts and the security are constantly harassing you for tips in stead of making sure you get proper parking.
