This hotel provided superior best in class customer service. The property courtyard is beautiful and quiet. It is located within only a few blocks of essential places and excellent restaurants and shopping. Special thanks to Eve, Cristian and Ivonne for their excellent care and attention. We stayed 4 nights.

Great little hotel with an amazing caring staff. Daily breakfast in courtyard and welcome and exit gifts makes you feel like you are part of the Nanavida community. Room was great size with a large bathroom. Comfortable beds with little outsode noise. Very safe environment created by the hosts.

Close to historic downtown and many stores and restaurants. The property is amazing and beautiful but the staff was outstanding. Will definitely choose this place to stay again.

The staff was amazing!!! The sites, the grounds, the art and the location. Free mezcal when I wanted it ...It was the most beautiful and unique spot I have ever stayed at.

The staff is always making sure you have what you need and they shower you with gifts from the moment you arrive. You get an artisanal soap for each family member, mezcal, and artisanal bracelets for the kids. They have unlimited water, soda, sparkling water, and sport drinks at the front desk. Continental breakfast included every morning with fresh fruit cut every morning and orange juice squeezed daily. On departure, there are more presents, coffee beans for the guys, and an artisanal blouse for the girls. We had some minor issues with our room, but the staff was fast and efficient to solve them. We will come back on our next trip to Oaxaca!!!

Nice accomodations and walking distance to major sites. The staff was great. In the early morning you will be awaken by the birds. Wear ur earplus. A lot of great restaurants nearby. We walked to the ADO bus station and took a dau trip to Puerto Escondido. Would like to come back an stay here and explore more of Oaxaca.

We loved our stay at NaNa Vida. The hotel has the best customer service we’ve ever received. The rooms are big and spacious and the hotel is in the perfect area. The hotel has a very peaceful courtyard which we loved after a long day of walking. There is also a small spa you can book into - we got amazing massages. We were made to feel so welcome and would definitely return.
