We reserved a king size bed they gave us 2 queens. WiFi wasn’t working to good during our stay.

It Was Horrible. Staff Was Wonderful, But Room Was Horrible. We Were In A Handicapped Room and Never Mentioned Once on Reservation. We Had Gone To Louisville, Ky for Concert. First We Are Not Handicapped and Bed Was 2 Inches Off Floor. Air Conditioner Was Right Right in Your Face. It Made Loud Sounds. Soap Bar Was Opened and Used. It Was AWFUL.

Staff were excellent especially the breakfast staff. All very welcoming, sweet and hard working. The hotel room was clean, we opted for no cleaning services during our stay because we had 5 people and were not sure at what point they would come through and clean. I would recommend a larger garbage can in the room instead of the small ones for those with larger groups as our garbage piled up quickly with so many people but I believe the small cans would be fine if you had just a couple of people. The parking situation was a little frustrating to find it was 19$ a night additionally to stay at the hotel. I understand it is downtown but it does suck to have to pay extra for parking where you are staying. Overall experience of the hotel is very well. Pool is clean and private, food is good, lobby restroom is excellently cleaned regularly it appeared.

Very convenient location so you can walk for checking out the different distillers on the Bourbon Trail.

Easy to parking. Safe. Good breakfast. The pool didn't have towels and the smell was of a lot of chlorine.

The property was dirty. The carpets throughout were heavily stained. The elevator floors were also very dirty. The buffet breakfast was on. They had more condiments available than food. Finally, I specifically booked this hotel for the pool, and the pool was not available. It’s being renovated. It would have been nice and considerate of the company to post that on their website!!! I was traveling with small children.

After the first night, everything went well. Upon check-in, the room I paid for was not available. My family was assigned to a room for the disabled. very different to what was agreed too. The pool was under construction and the breakfast was restricted to the number of hotel guest. i;e., some entrees were not available...

very convenient location, hotel was clean, every staff member was very nice. only criticism was none of the ice machines were working. but front desk person was very nice and quickly went to the kitchen to use their ice machine to fill the bucket from our room

It was close to the convention center where the conference was. good walking distance

My car had gotten broke into, but the front desk and maintenance staff went over and beyond to help me. The staff cleaned all of the broken glass out of the car, helped me make important phone calls, and even called outside services to get my window fixed.

There was NO working TV in the room Got in late and called front desk and was told no one could switch out or fix.
